Excellent service - extremely thorough coverage of our lawn so that it recovers from the summer

Evan did a great job. He was respectful of the property. He marked the area with a flag and left the service invoice on the front door. We are very pleased. We are very happy with the quality of the work done by Emerald Acres. read more

Rory did a great job. Walked the lawn and applied treatment to all the areas that had grubs

Great job by Steve treating the plants on the property. The plants look great. Thank you.

if I wasn't home, I wouldn't have known the difference. But the Service said it did fertilizer and weed prevention and when I asked Steve how long until my pets could go on the , he said he didn't do the weed because he is a new person and doesn't know how to apply it. He was supposed to tell acres and additionally, I called them the next day to let them know that I needed them to come back out and it has been over a week and no one has returned. . I've been happy with my in the past, but I'm very disappointed that this went undone and it was ticked off that I was getting the and I'm paying for it. read more

As usual Igor did a great job. I pointed out an area that had a patch of a specific weed and I asked if we could do something about in the future. Without hesitation, he said I will take care of it now and applied a treatment on the area immediately. Service is outstanding and always with a smile. I have used Emerald Acres for years and will continue to do so in the future because of the service. read more

Steve did a great job treating our property for mosquitoes and tick. He was thorough and efficieny.

The lawn is looking good compared to the couple of years we stopped service. So glad we're back!

I have now been with Emerald for a few years and I have found that each treatment is done extremely well and great care is taken to not damage the property. In addition, each year my lawn looks better so the treatment must be working. Communication with Emerald Acres is extremely easy and the office staff are very helpful and friendly. read more

Matcello did a great job! All areas of lawn were treated thoroughly. I appreciated toe confirmation of the appointment .

Igor's services was superb. We are always happy with the service we get from Emerald Acres

Emerald Acres did a terrific job with the second pest control treatment. We've had far fewer bugs this year compared to last year. We used their fertilizer and pest control services when we lived in Natick, and we've always been very happy with the results. read more

Emerald Acres has been doing three outside pest treatments per season (roughly May to September) around the outside perimeter of my house for several years, and all of it has been great for me. I am not around when the technician comes to do each of the applications, but a receipt is left that describes everything. I have been very happy with Emerald Acres, and I like the opportunity to pay in advance before each season to get a percentage discount off of the pay-as-you-go pricing. read more

Steve did an outstanding job treating our property for ticks and mosquitoes. He was professional, efficient, and extremely thorough, taking the time to ensure the entire property was properly covered. We've already noticed a significant decline in tick and mosquito activity and couldn't be happier with the results. We look forward to continuing to work with Emerald Acres. Highly recommended. read more

My lawn looks very good. Igor was very neat while performing his fertilization and spot treatments.

Emerald Acres has done an exceedingly bad job. I recommend using another lawn care service. We will never use them again. The back office staff are simply incompetent. They do a very poor job of communicating with customers. Also, they make no effort to proactively address issues that arise. Finally, they know little or nothing about organic fertilizers. Earlier in the year, we received a mailer asking us to consider using Emerald Acres for organic fertilizer for our lawn. I contacted them and the owner came to our home and left a proposal. He suggested that in addition to the organic fertilizer we add pre-emergent crabgrass control and grub control. I asked them to add these services to the proposal because we wanted to pre-pay for the season to receive the 10% discount. I sent several emails and called the office every week to try to get an updated proposal. It took more than 5 weeks to finally get the proposal correctly updated. We sent in our payment with the updated proposal. Several weeks later, we noticed that no one had been to our house to fertilize the lawn. I called Emerald Acres and was informed that they received the contract and payment, but it was now too late to do the fertilizer and pre-emergent crabgrass application. I told them that I had already paid for the service and asked if they were planning on telling me that they weren't going to do the work they had been paid to do. They told me they were probably busy and provided no explanation. I asked for a refund for the missed application. I also asked for the owner to call me to provide me with an explanation, but never received a call or email. I sent several emails to the owner and the staff at Emerald acres to follow up on the contract and received no response. The staff rarely answer the telephone. I was unable to reach anyone, so I drove to their office to speak with them directly. The owner wasn't in the office and I spoke with the office manager. Although they were aware I had been trying to contact them, they never responded. I was also told that the owner doesn't use email. I don't think they know what they are doing and we cancelled the lawn aeration and overseeding. I'm not sure how this company stays in business. read more

Unethical company: I signed a contracted with Emerald Acres in May and paid for the contracted service. They then billed me at the end of the season for additional services that I did not ask for. When I called for an explanation they were rude. read more

If you enjoy getting sued over 150 dollars, this is the company for you! They would do a terrible service, ruin your lawn, claim that you did not spend enough money with them if you complain, and if you tell them you are not paying anymore for their undelivered/crap service, they will sue you at small claim court. And YES they are that desperate, they have the time to go to court over 150 bucks, while I was there, I saw them request an arrest warrant against another scammed client over 75 dollars. I just proof read what I wrote above, and I don't blame you for thinking I am exaggerating, but if you don't believe it, go to Concord District Court public record, pull up their business name, and see how many small claims they are a part of. I don't know about you, but if someone needs to sue that many customers, you would think they are the problem, not the customer? no? Find someone more professional and knows what they are doing if you need lawn and tree services. read more

This is my second season using Emerald Acres. I like that they custom design their herbicide treatment based on the weeds in your lawn. Since I have a large lot, and border conservation land and wetlands, I wanted a company that was willing to just treat the areas near the house. Emerald Acres was willing to do this. My lawn looks great. I started a winter moth spraying program with EA this year. Hoping I never see a caterpillar this year. read more

Been happy with the lawn service provided by Emerald Acres. Have hired them for tree and shrub care and expect nothing less than the quality care they've provided over the 20 years I've been using them. read more
