First thing first, she told me to go into this small fitting room and put on the jeans, then she measured it to the length that I wanted and pinned it. She then told me it would be ready tomorrow. My boyfriend dad went to pick it up at he end of the day and the lab coat still had the stain! The owner apologize because the staff or him forgot to remove it. He said it would be ready by tomorrow morning...come to tomorrow morning, boyfriend picked up the lab coat and the stain was still there! He apologize and said he'll do it for free next time. We are not ever coming back here. I don't mind someone telling me they can't take it off that's fine, but to tell me you can do something and you're not able to do it twice...that's something I do not like and respect. If you would to bring normal clothes here, it should be fine, but if you want to remove stain and whatnot...I don't think it's the best place.

Polo Tailors and Cleaners did a beautiful job removing the blood stains and steaming out the old seam lines, as well as ironing out wrinkles in the dress. Also, they charged me a reasonable price, less than I was quoted at other reputable spots. As soon as we were home from the Hill Country wedding, I came back to entrust the post-wedding cleaning to Hoa at Polo Tailors and Cleaners. The wedding day had been drizzly, and the hem and train of the dress were muddy. Hoa, who had helped me so well the first time, got out the mud stains. She also declined to charge me extra for the mud stains. I have not yet had a chance to use their services for alterations, but I was able to watch them measure another client who wanted to have a suit taken in.
