It's hard to find your hair dresser soulmate. I've had the worst year trying to find someone local…read morethat I truly trust to do my hair. I was driving to Chicago from Indy every 3 months and finally decided that I had to find someone close by. I needed to get my hair colored and get my clip In extensions matched for my wedding (2.5 weeks after my appointment). Paige has awesome reviews on here and was close to my home so I decided to check her out. She back with me really quickly to set my appointment and asked some detailed questions to make sure she knew exactly what I was wanting. When I got to the salon, she looked at my hair, talked about what I was wanting again and then did something I've never experienced in a salon. She sat down and asked me "what do you like about your hair?". She explained what the color would look like after and how to maintain it. She also have me a price estimate right away and asked if that was going to be ok. While I sipped on my wine (what's better than drinking wine while you get your hair done?), she worked her magic. I am SO in love with my hair and so happy that I found her. I can head off to the DR to get married with total confidence!

I will also note: wanted me to make appoint "online" (I called) it was like I was "bothering" her to make the appointment over the phone.. Im older and dont do much "online" or "emails".. was not happy! even though I tipped well (over 4O%) and never recieved a thank you.. I do try to be generous so they will remember me for next time, you know, how I like it, the kind of cut, etc.. but the thing about haircuts is you (well me) never really know until you (me) style it yourself.. my 2 stars is being highly gracious for what I paid (over $8O) for a trim. UPDATE: SLANDEROUS, MALICIOUS and DEFAMATORY response below is baseless in their claim(s).. seems all negative reviews are attacked until they are removed but I am choosing not to be bullied into doing so.. hence, they will hav to be made to correct their LEGALLY DAMAGING AND PERSECUTORY REMARKS.. I will say the $4O should hav been 4O%? (but hey Im a blonde and cant add right..) all I know is I charged money and gav cash money totalling over $8O.. like $85 and still the haircut (a Trim!) was awful when I got home and tried to style it the next day.. Truth is that "tasha D" wasnt even there, and has now produced, (in writing) what I was told is a retalitory response about "derogatory remarks".. I was advised she does this as a woke ruse to any negative comments about them, because they dont want you to know about their haphazard schedule or terrible service.. my two stars is now one.. BEWARE of this location. AVOID.
