After three months of trying to get a plumber to apply for a permit we kept having services not return our call. By the time we finally got the permit for the work we couldn't find a plumber. We reached out to Ray and he came over same day. He put together a plan and confirmed he would have it fixed the NEXT DAY. Our house water pressure was getting so bad we couldn't even do dishes and wash our child at the same time. Ray came out and knew exactly what to do and how to fix the issue. Within 24 hours our issue was completed fixed. Would 100% use for future projects and recommend hiring Zamora plumbing.

Two days later I got my bill and all it said was $365.00 with no explanation of any of the charges, just an amount due. When I booked the appointment they told me they really didn't have set rates and would look at the job on site and give me an estimate. I thought that was fair. However, That Never Happened. When I called to discuss my bill he said his plumbers got paid $200/hr and there was an equipment cost. I said ok but they were gone in 30 minutes. He said we don't bill anything less than an hour. I told him that I thought the charges were unreasonable, given the ease of the job and that no one ever offered me an estimate up front as promised before fixing it. He told me his people had to eat. While I was in my attic, I noticed what appeared to be a cut in one of the Pex pipes, it may have happened during the insulation process with someone cutting the batt insulation to fit and a knife slipped or got too close. Either way, it concerned me and I called the Gordon The Plumber for advice. Gordon treated my concerns with respect and urgency and had his crew at my house 24 hours later. 3 younger men who all spoke english, dressed nice and treated my house with care and respect, while keeping me informed of everything they were doing in the process. They replaced the pipe in 20 minutes and afterwards took the extra time to give me some very useful information on the parts they had used and the repair process. These guys were very informed and knew what they were talking about and it was CLEAR that Gordon The Plumber uses only highly skilled professionals on his team and that he cares about his work and his reputation. It's SO rare these days, to find someone who'll just take care of you, moving forward with great efficiency and confidence and never leaves you sitting wondering while the work is happening if you called the right guy. We had a leak in our bath faucet that would not stop running and water was pooling on the bath edge . With it getting worse and an ice storm on the way, we knew we needed to get it addressed so they were able to come out same day only to discover that the builder had left no access point to the faucets so only way in was through the cupboard wall in front of the bath and the faucet was grouted or stuccoed in place!! The pieces needed to be replaced only there was little inventory anywhere - they found an almost identical set and made a dash out to get it before the store closed - and were able to get it all repaired. We also had a leak in our shower wall and they used a camera to assure us it was dry behind the shower and we had a small grout leak so at least that was one less project.
