Below are some points if you're considering them based on my experience. PRO1: The office staff has always been kind, professional, and responsive to me. Yes, sometimes they are really busy and I'll get the voicemail, (esp. after the Extreme Winter Weather we recently experienced with many having pipe issues), but someone ALWAYS gets back to me... that's not the case with all businesses. PRO2: They send a text when technicians are on their way with a picture of who's coming as well as a tracker. I also have an opportunity to rate my experience afterward conveniently through text. PRO3: They offer Military Discounts. I admire this and can't thank businesses enough who decide to honor Veterans in this way. It speaks volumes about the values of a company. May they thrive 100 times more! CON: They are not open after-hours including weekends. This can be an issue during an emergency, but I also respect that they have dedicated off days and rest for themselves and their employees. It's just something I have to consider when I have a need that requires after-hours. I unfortunately had a hot water heater blow up! So, I needed a plumber, sadly I have one of those LowBoys that are so difficult to work with, when they are set in a closet almost the same size as the water heater! Well, the guys at Diamond Plumbing came out to do the replacement, all of the men were very kind and friendly. They worked so very carefully not to damage any of my furniture or fragile items! They informed me of all the complications that came up from the stupid, short, overly small closet that was actually created smaller than my current water heater! Who does that?? My niece had been experiencing water pressure issues for years but, being in her early 20s, didn't have a clue what the problem was. A plumber she had used a couple of years before told her the neighborhood had low water pressure so there wasn't much she could do. I called them in the morning and they sent Rocky out by that afternoon. He easily could have taken her for a ride and told her that it was something complicated and expensive, yet was honest and told her that her aerator was clogged due to hard water. He cleaned it out and immediately the water pressure improved. She also hadn't been able to use her dishwasher and he quickly resolved that minor issue as well. He explained how to take care of her water softener so she wouldn't have issues in the future. He made sure she had no questions and no further issues in the home, allowing her all the time she needed to ensure everything was taken care of to her satisfaction. The rate was so reasonable and my niece was thrilled that everything in the home was finally taken care of and would now be able to use both her kitchen sink and dishwasher without any further issues. Wow!!! These guys are awesome. With the lockdown we are now cooking at home all the time. My son decided to use the garbage disposal as the trash can and clogged our sink. We had a huge mess!!! I found these guys online and the guy that answered the phone was kind, responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to get out same day and get our sink back to normal. The technician who came out, I think his name Steve - was great. He took the time to ask questions, protect our home and he even educated my son (in a very nice way) on what not to do. Diamond Plumbing came out to repair a water heater that needed a new igniter assembly. The part was covered by the warranty so they only charged me for the service call and labor. They had to come back the next day to clean out the faucets that were clogged by sediment stirred up when they refilled the tank, which they did for no extra charge. Their prices are reasonable, unlike others that bid on the project. They will be my go-to plumber from now on! read more
