They were kept in outdoor concrete kennels for months at a time. Pj rarely cleaned the kennels and many time the dogs were covered in poop when I arrived to get them out on walks. There was ZERO regard for their welfare. Pj is a vile human. She yells at dogs and treats them horribly. I witnessed this several times FIRST HAND. Please, please do not take your dogs here. Every single message or request I've sent has been responded to and resolved within 24 hours which is amazing. Our sitter, Robin, took excellent care of our fur baby while we were away for about a week over Thanksgiving. I LOVED receiving the photo updates and cute descriptions of their visit. They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). Even so, my total came out to be considerably less than I was quoted with other services so I was able to splurge for some extra play time for my kitty.

When I got her back from grooming, she was looking like this (video in car). Very little hair on her body, I felt sad for her and almost cried. Her head has a fro and her tail is basically gone and naked. When I came in to get her, I was initially shocked and didn't know what to say. I thought I liked it until I took another good look at her. She didn't even come out smelling good and i'm wondering if her ears were cleaned. This is her second experience getting groomed. The first time was out of state, where I got her and when I was planning on flying back to Seattle, I had a groomer that did a tidy up puppy cut (the photos where they gave her bows in her ears afterwards). She smelled so good after, her curls were still there and her tail had a lot of hair. At the front desk, I asked if there were notes and there were none. I was hoping for an explanation on why she came out looking kind of naked. When I asked for a puppy cut, I didn't think the hair would be cut down this much. The haircut also looks choppy, especially the head part. It isn't even like what I thought a puppy cut would look like. I appreciate the groomer for being patient with this puppy though and took their time on my girl. Hair will grow back. I showed all my friends the video of her in the car and they had the same thoughts I did. I almost cried (lol). Anyway, hair will grow back. I just wanted to leave this review and maybe I should have done more extensive research on groomers. I was nervous to schedule an appointment at all due to it being her second time (first time in WA).

She took such great care of Scamper years ago, that we hired her to care for our other cat while we went out of the country for 3 weeks. She administered meds and fluids, made sure she had plenty of water and food and cleaned the litter box. Alesia and Angie (her assistant) sent us pictures so we knew Hunter was well cared for. We also had a house sitter at the time and there were some things Alesia thought were amiss. She contacted us and let us know what was going on and we had to let our house sitter go.
