There are so many things to do, although the trampolines are the main attraction, there are interactive games, all kinds of hoop and holes to go through and and obstacle course with balls. This place is all beat up! The equipment everywhere is torn, the paint on walls is peeled, I understand things get torn after so much use but they should keep up with the maintenance of this place. We only came because we are POGO pass (GetOut Pass) members and had 1 free hour of play. And I am so glad I didn't have to pay anything because it is not worth it. I recently visited this indoor jumping park for kids, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The facility appears to be poorly maintained, with noticeable wear and tear on the equipment. The park was extremely dark, with insufficient lighting in many areas, making it difficult to clearly see where kids were jumping or landing. Arrived and the balance beam fight area wasn't blown up so basically if a kid falls they land on a hard wood area that's likely a 4 foot drop. Seemed very unsafe. Upon leaving it appeared someone finally noticed & blew up the padding Employee seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. They sat in the side office on their phones and eating. However that's only 20 credits and most of the games are 6-7 tokens each. this is a total rip off all the way around. I see why people are giving low rates to this place. We got a one hour jump pass with extra payment for the zip line. I was planning to let the kids jump first then doing the zip line, but the staff who was in charge of the zip line asked us if we can do the zip line first. We agreed, but it took him 20 minutes back and forth to set up. I asked if they could adjust our jumping time for 20 minutes and I was told to pay if the time needed to be extended. Hazardously constructed equipments as a result my son ended up in ER on his birthday.I planned my sons 11th birthday party at Jumping world at Allen on April 17th 2022 and he ended up in an ER. This place is not safely constructed for being a Jumping location. My son and his friends were playing in the PIT, where while jumping around he fell off in that PIT and hit a hard siding and got more than an inch scalp laceration on the back of his head. He was bleeding crazy and the management could not even provide a first aid kit. They were not even considerate of my bleeding son and were more busy cleaning up the accident area. We called 911 and transported him to the ER in an ambulance where he got 3 staples. Fun place but it isn't cheap!! I took 6 kids for total at $120! Without an adult add-on. (2 hours for the oldest cost $72 and 2 hours for the younger ones cost $48) The couple of employees we encountered were polite. I would Never do 2 hours again. A lot of stuff is being worked on so 1 hour would be more than enough to get it all done. It looks like they are still trying to get up and running. Vending machines were empty and other stations were still being worked on or weren't open. Mine mostly enjoyed the mega (sort of) tumble track. I would say 5 year olds and up is really ideal. It is a large and open space but makes running off easy for your little people. The AC was nice and cold so it's a good place to escape the heat! My family was pleased to see this place be re-opened as Jumping World. My kids love trampoline parks and this place has all of the goodies. They have trampolines, foam pits, dodge-ball, a kids court and even basketball dunking. My kids also love the bull ride. It is with sadness that I need to write a review about a not so favorable experience. My son and daughter were here with a their cousins, and one of the employees made several comments to my son about his hair while he was on the trampoline. He said "your hair looks like ramen-noodles". My son has curly hair, so I guess this kid thought it was funny to compare my sons hair to curly noodles. A few minutes later this kid yells to my son "hey ramen-noodles". This went on for a large part of the time my son spent at jumping world. My son told this kid he didn't like being called ramen-noodles, the kid laughed and pushed my son down on the trampoline several times. My son is 10 years old. My son came home and didn't mention anything that happened. The next day, we took the kids back, my son said he didn't want to go, but wouldn't give a reason, so we insisted he goes with his sister and cousins. Low and behold this same kid sees my sons and starts calling him ramen-noodles again. My son tells him, I don't like being called that, my sons cousin says "you need to stop calling him that". The kid thought it was funny. He pushes my son down while on the trampolines several times again. THIS IS BULLYING! My son comes home that day visibly upset, but was scared to tell us what happened. Lucky for us, his cousin and sister inform us what happened. As a father, I am livid. My wife tells me she will deal with it since she didn't want me drive there and fly off the handle. She goes in a couple days later to talk to the manager. My son was scared to go in, so he walked to the entrance, pointed at the kid, then asked can he and his sister wait in the car. My wife talks to the manager; the woman is very apologetic and tells my wife "your son will never have to deal with this kid again". My wife and I both took this as they will fire this kid for abusing my son. A few days later, a neighbor asks to take our kids with his kids to this place on Monday (June 10, 2019). We assured my son this kid won't be there and my son is excited to go with his friends. Guess what, this kid is still there, but behind the counter now. The place is empty and my son was frightened the entire time. My daughter calls while I'm at work and tells me the kid is still there. This time I choose to pick my son up since I'm done with excuses. I walk in to pick my son up and he is visibly shaken still seeing this kid behind the counter. I realize I'm too angry to go to the counter. The kid is standing behind the counter with another kid and they are looking at us whispering and laughing. I choose to not even look at this kid since I'm angry, but as we walk toward the door, the kids (with a smug look on his face) says "thanks for coming, hope you come back soon" and laughs. Since he's a kid, I didn't say anything to him, but I knew at that point it was time to leave a review and share my negative experience. I can't apply any logic to a place employing a bully and allowing a child to be abused, then still letting that kid keep the job. The sad thing is, my kids love this place, but I will not be returning. Imagine bringing you kids someplace you feel you can trust, and having an older kid push your kid around and make fun of him. Then imagine said kid being an employee of the very place you took your kid to have a fun safe good time. I booked a party online for my son's birthday about a month before the party. We did the upgraded package for a big group and we added the "adventure package" for an additional charge so the party could do the ropes and zip line course. I called a few times before the party to confirm everything, with no answer or call back. I took my son on the Monday before the party just to talk to someone about details and check out the place. We confirmed that our party had access to everything we saw since we did the upgraded party. Party was scheduled for Sunday. THURSDAY EVENING I got a call saying the rope and zip courses would not be available because they were going to be too busy and something about "summer break" (note this is the first week in May, school is still in session) and staffing. I was given 2 options, 1. they would refund me for the rope/zip portion or 2. they could add more funds to the game cards. The next morning I asked my son his preference and he was in tears because those attractions were the reason we booked this place. Ultimately we decided to cancel the party and scramble to plan something somewhere else. That whole next day, Friday, I called and emailed. I called from my cell phone and work phone and no answer. I decided after work I was going to go in so I knew someone knew we were canceling. At 5pm they called back regarding a facebook review one of our guests left!!!! It took a facebook review for them to call back!! Not my million calls or emails! The lady who called then said they did not mean our party couldn't do the courses but what they meant was our group would have to wait a long time to do those things since they would be busy. That is NOT at all what I was told. Not only were they now lying about what I was told but they only called because of a facebook review! When we booked we paid a $100 deposit. In my emails, and phone messages, I asked for that to be refunded since I was no longer being offered the party I booked. NO REPLY!! Their customer service is horrible and shady! It has now been about a month and still no reply, call back, or refund!!! read more

Birthday party disaster We booked a party months in advance. We picked two booths (paid for 2 full parties). In the weeks prior we attempted to iron out details. Numerous phone calls and visits led to nothing. They were always too busy. A few days before I finally got in touch with someone. She quite literally yelled at me when I said that our socks were included as per our conversation at booking. Then she hung up the phone on me! We got there and we had the wrong two booths. There was no changing it. We had to quite literally beg to get the socks while our guests waited in long lines. Then, the zip line course that we booked was broken but they said they would fix it. As they are fixing it, an assistant manager comes up to me and says "we are trying to fix it but I have to be honest... I can't guarantee that it will be safe." Who in their right mind is going to swing children 20 feet up in the air when it's not safe?! Part of the park was closed. The intercom system wasn't working so they couldn't call for our guests to come back to the table. The party hostess was hands down the WORST PERSON EVER FOR THE JOB! She was quite literally miserable, missing the majority of the time and flat out useless. I had to hand everything out with my guests help. We had to literally beg for the included waters. Oh and they forgot two of our pizzas. They said they would order them which was fine before the kids started eating. Once the party was over and the extra pizzas never showed I told the miserable waitress not to bother since everyone was leaving. She pretty much said "too bad we already ordered them." We also should have had two hosts since we booked 2 parties. The manager did remove the extra pizza charge but my goodness. What a horrible experience. New management is horrific. Reluctantly agreed to check this place out. It's Covid and flu season, but this was place was highly sanitary and they were vacuuming quite frequently in our 2hr visit. It's costly but our kids loved it! Only thing that made me nervous was the back door by Baby Land had no alarm. You have to really be mindful of your kiddos as someone could walk right out with them. Right now this is my current rating regarding birthday party held today- July 8th from 1 to 3. If issue gets resolved, I will reevaluate my rating. I planned a party a month in advance. I had 10 jumpers plus added 5 more and added extra play cards. The pizza at 1st we were told running 15 min late, then 15 min came and went. After almost an hour later pizzas finally show after one of your employees had to go chase down several parties pizzas. I believe the order was never sent in and that's what started this fiasco. My guest had to leave as well as 2 other parties guests by the time pizza arrived. So none of us in 3 parties going on ever got to eat pizza. SO THE 3 OF US FROM DIFFERENT PARTIES WILL BE EXPECTING A RESOLUTION. I WIll BE BACK EVERYDAY UNTIL THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED. We went here the day before Thanksgiving, thinking it was going to be a zoo, but were pleasantly surprised that it was not crowded at all! We pretty much had the space to ourselves. The pricing was really fair, we did the 2 hour jump package, comes with $5 game card for $18 per person, and the 3 year old was only $12! I came here on Memorial Day with my nine years old daughter as it is one of her favorite places to be with her friends. Contrary to previous occasions, we noticed no one from the staff monitoring the floor. The two people attending were not even at the front desk but in the office. Since there were not many people, I assumed that was the reason for not having someone ready to attend to customers. The place was almost empty (due to the holiday), with only some teens playing at different parts of the facility. The problem started since no one was monitoring it. The teens began to play at the locations reserved for small children and went to the place where my daughter was playing on more than one occasion. I told my daughter to move to another place. When we went to the maze located at the back of the business, I noticed several teens half-naked in there. I immediately told my daughter that we were leaving. On the way out, I mentioned it to the two people in charge, again not at the front desk but in the office, and they just shrugged and didn't pay much attention to my complaint. The entrance is VERY hard to locate because the sign out front says family entertainment something or other but it is right next to an antique mall. I was a little nervous when we pulled up because there was a School Bus in the parking lot, but much to my surprise we found out this place was AWESOME! Very Clean, Great Employees, Great Pricing, and enough Fun that my son and his friend had to come home and take naps-that never happens at age 12!
