Absolutely a solid business, Mike, the owner is simply a stand up person…read more I've been bring my car in for inspections and oil changes for the past 6 years. Here's the really concise breakdown of my recent repair experience with Mike and his business. I bring in my car for an oil change, my car is ailing, but I ask Mike to help me locate an exhaust leak towards the engine. (Me)This will fix it. -Drivers Side Manifold I ask for a quote and receive one after the part was looked up. Leave my car. Not too long after I reach out to Mike and share with him a few of the symptoms the car was showing me that I hoped the repair would remedy. Mike carefully explains how in fact this would not solve my issue. As we talked further and I tell him a few other thing I've noticed with the car, I was then thoughtfully walked through some frank realities of what I would most likely be encountering on my return on investment, this from an experienced mechanic/savvy businessman's perspective. I'm fully convinced, I'll take back the car as is. I ask how much do I owe, not only did he not accept any amount, nor a tip, but he offered me clean insight as to why this is only way he would conduct this type of transaction. The several hundred dollars saved is really the side point. My big take away is that there is a place for this manner of business to be conducted in every city or small town, but you'll be fortunate that you would experience it in firsthand at this auto service in Lowell!

I called Banks since they installed the brakes and rotors not long ago and the voicemail says he retired... so I brought it to Nashoba Garage today down the road. The owner told me that it looked like my rear pads and rotors were replaced (my husband's friend did those ones a few months ago) and the front pads were replaced but not the front rotors... so now I'm BS because I have to pay again to have this work done for a second time and done CORRECTLY this time because Banks screwed me over. I'm thankful for Nashoba Garage for letting me know. I think this review means nothing since they are closed anyways, but I just needed to get the word out there because I'm livid and my husband and I are new parents of a 5-month-old and are now wasting our money where we could be buying diapers and formula for our baby.

The difference in professionalism, communication, and overall service quality was immediately noticeable. Not only did the team take my concerns seriously from the start, but they also properly diagnosed the issue that another dealership had dismissed entirely. They found that all four tires were out of balance and that the front-left alignment was off, which directly explained the vehicle drifting to the left at highway speeds. Level of customer service was fantastic. The team was transparent, respectful, and efficient throughout the process. I was also pleasantly surprised that the work was completed faster than originally quoted, and they handled everything at no cost. It is refreshing to work with a service department that values both the customer's time and concerns. Based on this experience alone, I would absolutely return for future service and would confidently recommend them to other GM & Cadillac owners.
