I came in for my wedding nails and was told we didn't have appointments, though I had made them a couple weeks prior. My friend was complained to multiple times by her stylist about us not having appointments which made the experience more stressful. Overall I think there was a miscommunication that stressed folks on both sides, but my pedicure is still looking brand new over a month later so I can't complain!
