I was in need of storage space for just a handful of boxes while I moved from my studio in little Italy to my boyfriend's place a few blocks away. I didn't want to rent an entire storage unit for a month for just 5 boxes. A friend of a friend recommended this new company JuuJBox and said they offer storage for only a few boxes at a time and you get to pick the storage time terms. I thought there's no way something is that easy and convenient, but to my surprise it totally was. I emailed them and told them a little about what I needed and for how long. A day later, a nice young girl showed up and dropped off 5 boxes for me to pack. I packed within a couple days and emailed them back I was ready for them to be picked up. The next day a van came by and picked up my boxes. I choose to have my boxes stored for about a month and a half. When I emailed them to let them know I was ready for my boxes to be delivered JuuJbox was on top of it again. I schedule my boxes to be dropped off that same Friday. This was a solution that I didn't even know that I needed, but it literally saved my life! I was in the process of moving from my apartment to a house that I bought, but I was planning on doing a remodel on my house so there were going to be a few months where I needed some things in storage. The moving company that I hired said that they would pack my stuff and take it to their storage but, I would not have access to anything and so I panicked! I did some googling and thank god I found Juujbox!!! They were able to send me some boxes for the items that I knew that I was going to need access to regularly! Juujbox is amazing! The concept of being able to rent boxes is genius. I saved so much money on purchasing boxes, making & taping boxes. Not to mention the hassle of figuring out how to dispose of all of them. I also saved money with the movers because of the ease of being able to carry and load the boxes into the truck. The boxes are strong and sturdy. We didn't need to use as much paper to wrap everything. And not once did I worry that my stuff was going to get crushed, like I would have with cardboard boxes. Absolutely impeccable service. I am a college student who needed to store my things over the summer, as I lived in the dorms and my housing contract ended at the end of the year. I ordered a couple boxes, and also provided some of my own, and they worked with me to coordinate a time when I would be free to give them the boxes. Then, after three months, I moved to a place off-campus, and we again worked together to set up a time when they could bring me my stuff to my new address. They were extremely professional and timely with communication, and were prepared for the heavy duty tasks such as moving and carrying the boxes. I have been talking with Ali at Juujbox storage for the past few days. Once I requested information she has been right on top of things. I received a follow up text asking if I had any questions. She answered my questions immediately and was so professional and helpful. My daughter is moving out of the dorms for the summer and Juujbox drops off the number of bins I requested and will pick them up, store them for the summer, and drop them off when she moves to her new place. Moving sucks, but renting the JUUJ Box bins made it so much easier! They are so much better than moving boxes/mismatched cardboard boxes for so many reason. Better for the environment, they stack together seamlessly, the handles don't rip out on you, no more taping up boxes, and you don't have to spend weeks slowly throwing the cardboard boxes in the recycling bin. JUUJ dropped the boxes off at our house for the start of the move and pick them up from our new house and are so friendly, accommodating and helpful. I just wrapped up a move using Juujbox and I dont know how anyone would move using anything else. Working with the company was exceptional, they dropped off 40 bins at my old house and picked them up at the new place. We needed a few extra days to unpack, and they were extremely accommodating. Love this service. I travel around a lot for work and sometimes I rent my condo on Airbnb so I loose access to my apartment. Instead of lugging my stuff all over the place, I stored it and I have Juujbox ship what I need to my hotel when I'm back in town. Renting moving crates helped out greatly with the move. They were sturdy and Juujbox had a great system down to make everything easy. At the end of the move, they pick up the crates so you aren't dealing with cardboard. I highly recommend them. Brandon was great throughout the whole process.
