The property manager contacted me back in May to notify me that they need access to my unit to investigate the source of a smell (read: dead rodent). I do not live in state, so I sent a copy of my key by FedEx, with the agreement he would mail my key back soon after. It has been over a month since I sent my key. I have still not received it and found out yesterday - after calling several times with no answer - the property manager delayed sending my key back and then, a week and a half ago, sent it by regular USPS. Not certified. Not tracked. By regular mail. The key to my unit. It does not take 7+ days for mail to reach me, even by USPS. Essentially, they lost my unit key. No one has followed up with me about their gross negligence.

She did all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. She took all the pictures and gave us the keys. In and out in about 10-15 minutes. Truck return took even less time. When we unloaded a mattress we noticed that the inside of the truck was pretty dusty and dirty. You might sweep it before loading if that will affect your load. Highly recommended.

I wanted to share a concern regarding safety at the RV storage facility. Over time, it has become…read moreincreasingly unsafe for RV owners who are hooking up or unhooking their trailers. Many of the big rig drivers storing their trucks here drive through the property extremely fast and often do not appear to pay attention to pedestrians or people working around their RVs. The lanes and storage areas are fairly small and tight, which makes high speeds especially dangerous. There have been multiple times where I've genuinely felt like I could be hit, or that an accident is going to happen. Families, children, and RV owners are often outside their vehicles while setting up, loading, or disconnecting equipment, and the current situation feels very risky. I strongly believe there should be stricter rules and enforcement regarding speed limits within the facility. Clear signage, lower speed limits, speed bumps, or reminders to drivers to slow down and watch for people could make a huge difference before someone gets hurt. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward making the facility safer for everyone.
