I am a single person moving 2 bedrooms and garage…read morestorage items one city over and the 2 guys that came were initially enthusiastic and after looking at everything that I already packed confirmed that the 2 guys could move me within the 3 hour paid window of time. Not only did they go over the 3 hours forcing me to pay several hundred dollars more than originally quoted but also broke several items that were valuable. Apparently they are given a 30minute break where they left and 8 drawer dresser tilted up on its side in the new garage for that whole time breaking the plastic settings the drawer rails for into preventing the drawers from being able to slide in and out smoothly. Why they left a dresser sit on its side like that and disappear into their truck is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They told me originally that I could leave the drawers full but then the movers complained that it was too heavy for them and to remove the drawers. Needless to say the $1800 dresser was ruined because once the drawers were removed with the plastic clip pieces broken and the silver rolling balls all over the ground feom the drawer track, the dresser was being damaged. I even watched one of the movers walk around the corner to get high from my upstairs bedroom window. This is the worst moving experience and poor customer service in any of my moves, and I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. You are better off hiring strangers through Craigslist to move you. This was the worst experience of my life with movers! I helped the entire time and worked even when they took their break and stood arguing with me that they would not lift my dresser without the drawers being removed and then I was charged several hundred dollars more because of that whole ordeal. Plus, all of the other damaged items and scrapes and scrapes and dent indentations on the wood material of bed frame etc... and those things were wrapped and still received damage from their movers. Ridiculous! Don't give your money to this company... they do not deserve your business.

The truck they used was too small, so we have had to rent a uhaul for the big furniture and we made 2trips with 2 SUV's. They took our adjustable sleep number bed apart and when they got it to our new home they didn't know how to put it together. we have been waiting for the repairs for 2 weeks. The couch is uncomfortable and our health is showing it.

I started by offering them donuts and they were extremely kind although they started work right away rather than sit around and eat them (which would have been fine with me). They were careful of the furniture , inquisitive about how or what I wanted , and I appreciated that they checked with me about what I wanted to bring and even mentioned if I thought something later they'd put it on the truck. Finally, at the new house they didn't complain at the long, circling staircase, the yapping dogs, or the narrow corridors. If it seems like I'm gushing about them it's because I am. I wasn't as polite at that age and so I appreciate them very much. I would recommend this company AND specifically this crew. They deserve all the praise and although I'd rather get my nuts caught in a grinder than move again - I'd absolutely recommend them and use them again

My dining room table is filled with nicks and scratches. My patio table is missing paint along the edges. The brand no door frame was dented The company itself seemed more concerned about ratings than actually taking the time to complete the job. I was texted, phone called, and then some random guy showed up in the middle of my living room to tell me to make sure to fill out the survey because promotions depend on it. All of this happened before they were even finished. Borderline harassment. And in the end, they did a crappy job. And took my moving blankets!

Brian did a good job coordinating the estimate and logistics, which included getting his crew and truck from south Sacramento to the Bay Area early enough to get packed, back to Rocklin, set up furniture in the apartment and drop off the equivalent of 12 large boxes at a storage facility, all by 7 pm. To do this, he recommended adding a 3rd person to the crew, which ended up being essential for success. On the day of the move, the crew left promptly at 7 am. They communicated on arrival at 9:15 when they departed, but traffic issues pushed the arrival to 10:15. They overcame this with the additional crew member, and were loaded up by 12:30 and on their way back to Rocklin. We found NO damage to any of the items. The entire move was well organized, with a crew that was polite, and personable. We heartily recommend this company.
