Over the years, I have hired Just Moving for at least three movers, and I have always been impressed. Their moving teams are efficient, careful with our belongings and respectful of our home during the move. This time, it has been about two years since my last move with them, and they have only gotten better. Their communication during the quote process, along with their worksheets describing the property and a very clear overview of what to expect on moving day, are excellent. Their prices are fair, and they will do a great job for you. read more

Hire this company if you want to fork out thousands of dollars to have your belongings damaged and then be offered pennies on the dollar to be compensated for your losses. I am now going to court and possible arbitration to see what I can recover. Worst moving company ever! read more

Never choose these people ever. Holy shit was he rude. He was laughing at me the whole time on the phone when i was complaining. First - They never charged me before for an elevator and then at destination they decided to charge me for elevator. The guy said well elevator uses our time so we charge people. Time? 5 mins? 10 mins? - 100 usd? You make more than a fucking millionaire then. Wtf is that? What is this even doing in the contract and even valid? If i make you climb the first fleet of stairs + another floor, thats not even 100 bucks. Are you out of your mind? I choose apartments with elevators so my move is easier and movers have a nice time because i respect them and you out here charging people for elevators? Making life easier? Insane. I have been charged over 600 dollars in surprise amounts read more

This company has been an absolute horrible time since booking them, their pricing is horrendous for the quality they provide. Their movers who picked our belongings packed the truck like they've never packed things before, and then explained to us they needed cash from us to make the stuff "fit better"... Then they asked when would we prefer our belongings to be to our destination and we explained that June 17th would be perfect, where they stated to us it'll be here by then... instead of it being here at that time they didn't start our delivery time until that date... so our delivery timeframe didn't start until a week after we've already arrived at our new place. Now we've been back and forth with the company and they give us the run around everytime we speak we them, states June 17-July2nd our belongings will be delivered, but now speaking with them on June 29th they are stated our belongings will be "possibly" be here next week which would be July 6th.. Do not use this company. read more

They arrived at the first stop right on time. They reminded us of their arrival time the day before and that morning. They did a good job, considering we were moving from a three-story building. There were a lot of stairs and boxes that they had to make a truck. They also wrappe and padded the furniture, which was nice. read more

I thought it would take all day, but everything was done in one trip. I was moving and they handled loading and unloading quickly. Everything went perfectly. read more

The moving crew was hard working and courteous. They were strong and able to move quickly, even with big items. The corporate team was very friendly and great to work with. They also called to check in day of the move as well as the next day. read more

This is was our first experience hiring movers, and it definitely won't be our last! We called Just Movers and set up an appointment for Thusday,. The employee answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable, so we decided to go with them. In moving day, two movers arrived at our apartment complex and quickly and efficiently removed all our furniture from our one-bedroom apartment. We were very surprised at how quickly and accurately they moved. They unpaked our belongings just as going up and down the stairs. The movers completed the job in 3 hours. I would definitely use this company again! read more

They were really great, friendly, and got the job done efficiently. Very grateful I let them take care of this stressful project for me. But there was a slight downside in that everything was significantly delayed and we had to change a lot of things. read more

Yesterday was the second day of moving with these extremely talented, professional, and very experienced gentlemen. It was a difficult move with stairs in my house, a garage without a large entrance for a van, and a very small elevator. But the guys got it done quickly! read more

Amazing movers! Look no further !! They were efficient, careful, and did a flawless job moving us! Highly recommend!

The whole process was great! They involved us with everything and there was communication since the beginning. I would definitely be in touch with them again if we need another move. Rating was 10/10. read more

Good experience and service! They were efficient, attentive, and careful with all my belongings. Very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They carefully packed and transported everything, and all our belongings arrived intack. Overall, the process went well and was stress-free read more

The movers were extremely pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, they lost a few of my favorite plants. I had to make half a dozen phone calls to get in touch with someone and find out if they hat the plants, which they didn't . But overall, I would probably use their services again because my experience was okay, and they were more affrordable than other moving companies in the city. read more

Great moving company! They are professional and very courteous. They were attentive to my needs and very good at what they were doing. This is my first time hiring someone for this and I am very happy with the service I received. I will be recommeding JustPro to anyone that needs help moving because they did an awesome job. Moved with a bunch of boxes and furniture. Three movers showed up, jumped right in, packed everything like pros, loaded without any fuss. Ride was calm, unloaded and carried it all in perfect condition. Moving turned out fast and super human. Huge thanks! read more

We used JustPro Moving for our move. The booking process itself was quite simple, and the prices were generally clear, although some details had to be clarified additionally. The ream of two people arrived on time, but at first, the work went a little slower than expected. On the plus side, they handled our belongings with care, tried not to damage anything, and took a responsible approach to packing. There were several large and non-standard items, including a partially disassembled barrel sauna, which took more time and effort than planned. The move took longer than we expected, which added a little stress, but in the end, everything arrived intact. The service is not perfect, but the team did their main job, and overall, the impression was more positive than negative. read more

Really good communication. Lovely guys. Great fast careful work. Really recommend. My job was small but hard and heavy. They were great !!!

I had experience working with this team - they organized the entire process quite well. They even helped pack some things and delivered them intact, without damaging anything. They were pleasant and polite. The only thing I didn't like was that it took longer than I expected. read more

I contacted Safe Ship moving company for my move from Chapel Hill, NC to Leland, NC. Safe ship hired justpro moving to us. NEVER LET THIS COMPANY MOVE YOU. The driver Julio tried to extort more money than my contact price to drop my belonging off. They did NOT DELIVER MY ITEMS ON DELIVERY DAY. They final delivered after 15-20 calls to Safe Ship, however all of our stuff had been moved from truck to truck! When I got my stuff, 80-90% was damaged and destroyed. They stole furniture and they ruined all 3 sets of mattresses and box springs. They put them on a flat bed u-haul in the rain and they were completely saturated with rain. All of our belongings had been gone threw, bins destroyed and all boxes wet and items molded. Please note that at pick up all of our belongings were put into a 18 wheeler and packed correctly. Julio the driver then left with all of our stuff and stole, damaged, moved our items out of the truck without letting us know and went threw our stuff. He then malacially put all of our mattresses, box springs and beds onto a truck in the pouring rain and ruined them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

This company was hired by a moving contractor that I hired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! They hire people to load the trucks who have NO CLUE what they are doing. The loaded the truck so poorly that half my boxes were squashed, my chest of drawers is ruined and unusable, and they destroyed a table that I can't replace. The driver wasn't even going to tell me -- he stuck the table in a corner and left it wrapped in a blanket. It was the truck unloaders who told me (different crew). THEN, I call the company to file a claim, get a call back, text the photos and HEAR NOTHING BACK! It's been almost 2 weeks and NOTHING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! read more

This company was hired by the broker I hired, Safeway moving, and it was a horrible experience. Communication was horrible, the men packing did an incredibly poor job, stuffing things in make shift boxes, wrapping barely any items so that things were thrown in boxes and just taped shut. Delivery was just as bad, delays upon delays upon delays. Non-responsive customer service, always claimed they'd call me back by end of day with an update and never doing so. My items were so poorly cared for that I had multiple damaged items, multiple broke. Dishes and multiple missing/lost items. I had over a dozen boxes with no number stickers and most boxes were mashed up on all sides like they crammed them in somewhere. The delivery men tried to give me 3 things that didn't belong to me so I can only guess where all my missing items ended up. I do not recommend this company. If your broker hires them please ask for another company! read more

If I could leave a review with no stars they would get that!! wow! I don't know were my husband found this company or why he would use them !! horrible horrible just horrible!!! pls do not use for long distance! our delivery came in a different truck , and was packed like it was thrown in there! One guy and he has his girlfriend With him , he then tried to hire 2 local guys to help unload only one guy shows up our furniture isn't small! or cheap like wtf!!!! did I mention the main guy is in a pair of sandals, wow I am so scared right now! and he wouldn't open truck to start unloading till he got paid! wow! And missing a base to our dinning room hutch!!! Not a box the frigin base the hutch sits on!!! and damaged furniture!!! never Never use this company!!! Be careful with third party movers! We just learnt the hard and expensive way! read more

Do not use this company. I used their services in October 2023 and was very unhappy. I shipped the same furniture 5 months ago for the same distance with another company, and JustPro charged me $700. Apart from paying more, their quality was poor as well. As soon as the pickup guy entered my apartment, he was looking for ways to charge me more. First, he said he would charge me more for wrapping my couch (I said NO), and then he said the same thing for my patio table glass and cushions (I put them in my car at the end). Then he arbitrarily increased the cubit ft without tallying each item with me. I already extra for patio chairs, but they still didn't wrap them and put them together. They didn't wrap my big rug. The previous movers didn't charge me extra, shrank-wrapped my rug (and even my TV), and table glass, and even took the patio cushions. I am giving them one star because the delivery guy was good. Although, his coworker was a little reckless and left many big scratches on my apartment floor. Overall, I paid more and got low-quality service. read more

if zero stars were a thing.. this company set a move in date and only moved half of the belongings!! They took full payment before hand after we realized they didn't bring all items, we asked for the check back. The driver drove off!!! Getting ahold of a manager was impossible and after an hour he (Mike) finally TEXTED!! Didnt even have the courtesy to call. Still without the other half of my belongings. Not to mention the stuff that did come had so much broken. Do not do business with this company unless you have a wide open schedule to wait on multiple deliveries. read more

Absolutely terrible company! I paid for packing and moving services from Louisiana to New York in November 2023. They basically threw my stuff in boxes, causing some things to break and took zero care packing. And when my things arrived a week later than what they'd told me, a bunch of stuff was missing. That's when I realized that the inventory paperwork hadn't been filled out correctly, so I wasn't able to file a claim. They were absolutely terrible in every regard and I wish I hadn't wasted my money. Don't make the mistake I did. Choose any other company. read more

JustPro Moving is atrocious. They damaged my furniture, lost two of my boxes with personal pictures I'll never see again, we're late with my pick up, and had no consideration for me on delivery when they rescheduled three times and I lost two days of work pay. When I made a claim for this horrible experience, they never apologized, and gave me a claim quote of a crappy $100.00. Do not use this horrible moving company, EVER. JustPro Moving is terrible at taking care of their customers. read more
