Watch out driving down the 110 freeway. The Maniac in truck number 26 tried to run me off the road. We all know merging onto the 110 is pretty hectic, but you probably shouldn't wait till the last 10 ft to cut me off, especially not when you're in a large truck. No worries though. Like I said it can be hectic but I will honk at you to let you know. Hey, that was pretty dangerous...... Imagine being delivery driver number 26 and getting so offended that I warned you with a honk......that you proceed to run me off the road. Customer service pretty much does not exist. I scheduled my mattress deliver online as they requested in the email. They were supposed to call 24 hours before the delivery day to confirm a 3 hour time window for the delivery. No one contacted me. No one is picking up the phone at the customer service number. I left 3 voicemails and sent an email to their customer service address. No response whatsoever. As I said, customer service nonexistent. Will be calling the mattress company to complain. read more

Edit: the guys who actually did the delivery were great. Ordered a Saatva mattress, they had Justo reach out about scheduling delivery. The site wanted me to pick a day, with no options for windows of time. I called and explained that I cannot be available for an entire day. Could we do Friday before I have to leave at 2:30pm? Maybe "before 2" just to be safe? No problem they said, that's a huge window. You'll get a call the day before confirming the time slot, they said. So today I get the call - at 4:27pm - with an automated message saying the delivery will come tomorrow (Friday) between 2-4pm. Exactly when I said I couldn't be available. So I call, get someone who says "let me transfer you" then I get a voicemail. I leave a message. I call back. The call has me on hold for a minute and then drops, again and again. Come to find out they close at 4:30! So they let me know three minutes before the end of their day that they're planning to show up tomorrow during the one time slot I said would not work for me. Such poor customer service. I had to use them because the company I bought my sofa from contracted with them. They brought me two different colored sofas (I bought a sectional) and their delivery guys said: oh we thought they were supposed to be different colors. Additionally, the sofa was supposed to be reversible and it wasn't. Then it took over a week for them to finally deliver the right sofa. The only reason they finally delivered it is because I called them and basically begged them. Their customer service was poor throughout the entire process. They should have been way more accommodating to someone who they delivered the wrong sofa to. If you have a choice, don't pick them. read more

Hands down the WORST delivery company I have ever experienced, and as an interior designer I have worked with many. Their customer service proved absolutely horrendous on numerous occasions, they were impossible to get a hold of, completely forgot to deliver my piece one day, and the second time gave me a delivery window and the proceeded to call me the night before (when no one was even accessible) to change the delivery time window after they had already screwed up once. I never write yelp reviews, but in this case I am so appalled by this experience that I feel like I need to get it out there and let everyone know to not use this company under any circumstances. Do not hire this company. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this company. We bought a beautiful piece of furniture at Restoration Hardware in Long Beach. We hired Justo Delivery service since they have set up shop at Restoration Hardware and had used once before. On September 19, 2014, they brought the piece of furniture to my home. It was horribly damaged and had not only scrapes all over, but also what appeared to be melted smudges of the patina. It seemed that the piece was really irreparable. I refused the delivery and told them that I needed to be reimbursed for the furniture piece. They promised that they could repair it and that they had a furniture craftsmen company that could repair it. I spoke to the headquarters and they promised to repair the piece to its original state. They guaranteed it. After calling non-stop for two weeks, because they wouldn't return my calls since the business day after the delivery date, September 22. I finally got a live person, and they couldn't locate my furniture piece. It wasn't until my husband called every day, spoke to Curtis and Jeremy, the owners, that they finally agreed to deliver the repaired piece on October 17. I was so right to be skeptical. It was so atrocious. They painted shiny black the entire piece and I guess they tried to paint brown on the front. They took the value away from the piece. It looks like they spray-painted they whole thing and it is peeling off. I am so furious and upset over the whole thing. They are not returning calls and are the lousy company when it comes to customer service. Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself. we suppose to have delivery on a Sunday between 2pm and 5pm, no one call us to tell us that the truck had broken down in Bakersfield, CA., Left a message with the office and no one returned my call. The driver called on Monday, which was a federal holiday, and I was off that day. The driver wanted to know if someone would be home to take immediate delivery. The guys arrived within 10 minutes, unloaded the items and set up our furniture in the correct rooms.. very happy with service. But it would of been nice if someone had told us that the delivery would be delayed. read more

We just had a mattress delivered by Justo Delivery out of Compton, Ca. They notified us the day before with a three hour time span for our delivery the next day. The day of delivery we got another notice that they would be arriving within a half an hour. They were there in 15 minutes. Adrian and Israel were polite and efficient. They had our old mattress and box springs out of the house and our new adjustable bed but together in thirty minutes and explained to us how to operate the controls. Was very disappointed. My furniture was picked up from the store quickly, on the Monday before Thanksgiving, and was told it might deliver by Wednesday, before Thanksgiving. It is now Thursday, one week later; they never called me, I had to call them to make sure my furniture was not lost. Then they said they would call to give me a 2-hour window - they did not call; I had to call them again on the Thursday they were supposed to deliver. They said they would deliver between 1-3pm. It is now 4:15pm - they have not delivered, nor did they call. So I bought a piece of furniture from China back in May. After several weeks the piece finally arrived, got through customs and made it to St. George warehouse (which is AWFUL btw if you are trying to get a single crate on your own out of that place!). Very long story and huge headache later, Justo Delivery was able to get my furniture from the warehouse and deliver it to my house. The operations manager was beyond helpful in accommodating my schedule. They opened up my crate, took photos as received and delivered it right to my living room. I had been dealing with an absolute nightmare with a furniture manufacturer; the product was to ship within 4-6 of delivery, but on week 12 it had not moved. Once the product made it to Justo Blanket Wrap their truck to Colorado (where my client is) had already left and our furniture wouldn't be delivered for another 4 weeks! No one at the manufacturer would speak to me, return my calls, or e-mails but Angel and Jeremy with Justo kept me up to date daily. They not only fought for us and our client to receive the product sooner than the 4 week window, they personally wrapped the product SUPER well and expedited the shipment. I purchased a living room set from Coleman Furniture located in the East. Coleman's contracted the delivery of the furniture with Justo Delivery. Justo's called me to schedule the delivery. I was shocked that they offered the very next day as an option to deliver the furniture. I was even more shocked to find that the two gentlemen arrived within the timeframe promised. The two gentlemen were not only ontime, but they were exceptionally polite, courteous and accomodating. During this period, things were extremely chaotic at my house and I neglected to get the name of the delivery company [Justo's]. In September I ordered more furniture from Coleman's and was so happy that the same delivery company [Justo's] called to schedule a delivery time. Once again, I received outstanding customer service from the dispatcher and the two gentlemen who delivered the furniture. I take care of my 81 year old mom who is dependent on an oxygen generator. The two gentlemen who arrived today were so friendly and caring to my mom that she called me at work to tell me how much she liked them (and my mom doesn't like anyone)! I have never written a review on the internet before, but I think it is so important to recognize excellent customer service, as it seems to be the exception and not the rule. Although there was an issue with all the product not being delivered as expected. Alice was a pleasure to deal with. She rescheduled the delivery of the rest of the furniture at my convenience. The delivery drivers Felipe and Axel along with the 1st scheduled delivery were Professionals. They made sure that I was satisfied with the chest they delivered and were courteous enough to take off their shoes before entering the house. They took extreme care not to damage the furniture the walls, stair rails to the second story or my floors. I have had many deliveries of furniture in the past, but none of this caliber. I had an order for a bedroom chest delivered today. The service was fantastic. They set up a delivery time and got to my apartment right on time. The employees were courteous and did a great job unpacking and putting the chest in the proper place in my closet. They cleaned up afterwards and took all of the wrapping stuff away. My table finally got delivered 3 hrs. late. The delivery people were very nice. They told me they were told the dispatcher was calling everyone to let them know they were running late. The dispatched NEVER called me or left any voicemail. I escalated to Restoration Hardware. They were fantastic and actually credited me for the delivery. RESTORATION HARDWARE AND EVERYONE ELSE..DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY.. I sent email to the owner and others and also left voice mail and never got a single response. If there was an option to give negative stars, I would. Where do I even begin, the drivers are RUDE, Inconsiderate, un-cleanly and un-professional. The company came highly recommended, but turns out is just a mom and pop moving service that doesn't care about quality or customer service. The staff at the call center was incompetent and didn't have a clue about my delivery. The drivers were rude and rushed through the delivery knocking over items, tracking dirt and debris on the carpet and just down right did not care. I WILL NEVER use this service ever again. I purchased a set of furniture, and the furniture company hired Justo Delivery to deliver my furniture. In May 2014 I received a call from Justo Delivery stating that my bed and desk had arrived in their warehouse and were ready to be delivered. The delivery was scheduled for the following Thursday. I live in San Diego County and Justo Delivery only comes down to this area on Thursdays. The bed was supposed to be delivered between 3-5 pm. I was told I'd receive a call 1/2 hour prior to the delivery. At 4:45pm I still had not received a call, so I called and spoke to someone who said they'd contact the drivers and get back to me. The guy called me back and said the drivers were running late and they'd be at my house in an hour. I said fine, and waited for an hour. Nobody showed up and nobody called. So, at 6:30 I called Justo back and again and was told they'd be at my house by 8pm. I said fine and waited again. No delivery guys and no phone call. So, I called again, twice more, until the delivery guys finally showed up at my house at 10:40pm. To their credit, the delivery guys were very professional and apologetic. They did a great job of unloading my furniture and moving it into my house without damaging anything. They also put everything together and did it quickly and perfectly. So, again, the delivery guys were awesome, and CLEARLY it was not their fault for being late. They had been overbooked for deliveries, and I just happened to be the last person they were delivering to. I also want to add that Justo sent me a $5 Starbucks gift certificate for my troubles, along with an apology note, so that was nice. So, why am I writing this review a couple months later in July 2014? Because Justo Delivery was supposed to deliver my dresser today between 1-3pm. Nobody showed up and nobody called me. I had to call Justo and was told they'd be here by 3:45pm and I'd get a call a 1/2 hour before. Well, 3:45 has come and gone and no call. I called Justo and nobody answered the phone, so I left a message. No return call. The delivery guys showed up at 4pm. It was the same super friendly guys that delivered last time, and they did a great job once again. So, Justo Deliveries, listen up. You guys need to stop overbooking your drivers. It's just going to tick off your customers and it's not fair (or safe!) to your delivery guys. Maybe you should let them call your customers when they're running late, since clearly the communication from your office is not working. read more

We were suppose to have our furniture delivered on Monday of last week..They called and canceled on Monday morning and said it was not able to fit on their truck and that the set will not be delivered until the next Monday..We were very upset with this and could not do anything about..So we waited..Patrick and Pat Jr..delivered our piece tonight and when I can say they did a great job.They did...It was wrapped up and they took their time unwrapping and putting it together..When the glass pieces were to be put in the cabinet, Patrick took out his white gloves and made sure it was perfection! Scheduled a delivery and was told they would arrive between 4-6pm. That afternoon, they called and said the delivery guys were running behind and they would deliver between 6-8pm. They ended up getting to my place at 9:00 pm as I was getting ready to wind down and go to bed. I'd give them 1-star but the delivery guys were nice and very apologetic and said they had a lot of deliveries.
