I was just reading Justin's response and the loan was never ever authorized to be sent in the first place. He tried to push it through without my permission. There was never a denial, just an unethical Justin Haines who thought he was going to make money and pressure me into going with him for a loan by submitting it without my permission. My 820 + credit score qualified me with a more ethical company elsewhere. I would never do business with someone who can say so much crap to try to make others look bad to try to cover up/keep his business name looking good. Unethical liars are even worse then just unethical practices. read more

If we could give TEN stars we would!!! It is hard to know who to use and trust with something as large as a home loan. We shopped around a little bit with local credit unions but once we spoke to Nova's team we decided to give them a try. We are so glad we did!!! They were excellent throughout the whole process! Every time we called we always got a real person on Justin's team (no voicemails) and no matter who answered the phone they were always willing and able to help! Our realtor and title company expressed their amazement with Nova too regarding their speed and communication! They went above and beyond with expedited processing due to us finding our new home literally weeks after we had already accepted an offer to sell our existing home! I heard about Justin from a friend of a friend who recommended him. I'm so glad they did! I bought my house about 3 years ago and I would have never been able to get it if it wasn't for Justin. It was my first house and he was so helpful and made the process so easy. About a year ago, I decided to look into refinancing my house. I contacted Justin and also a few other people/companies so I could have a few options. Every other person I contacted told me I would never be able to refinance. We have purchased homes before and taken out loans before. When dealing with this group do your research ahead of time and just remember, they are there to sell you a product, not get you into your dream home. We had an awful experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone, even though we finally got the loan. Our realtor even told us that he is going to share our story with his clients to make sure they are informed when deciding to go with this company. They are extremely disorganized and lack communication skills. They lost documents over and over again. If you are financially savvy, and know exactly which loans you need, know how to get your down payment out of your assets, and don't care if they are just selling you a product and lose your documents, you might be ok with this group. However, if you are looking for a loan company to recommend what is best for you, find someone else who can see the big picture. When shopping for anything you want someone that will recommend what is best for you, so that you will be satisfied and recommend them to others. Don't go with someone that can see that far, and is only concerned about selling you their product at the highest price. Find someone with the heart of a teacher, not the heart of a used car salesman. read more
