It's my extreme pleasure to write this review for Nathan Ruffy at Mountain West Financial. Nathan have been handling home loans for our family for the last several years and we have always been fully satisfied with his performance. Personally this is the second time that my husband and I have purchased a home. We are so happy that we chose to use Nathan as our loan officer. We could have used my son in-law that works for Wells Fargo but we chose Nathan. We came to him with credit challenges and he advised us on exactly what we needed to do to bring our credit to an acceptable level to receive an initial pre-approval. After a few months of doing exactly as instructed we received our pre-approval and started the search for our home. Throughout the entire process Nathan delivered extraordinary service well beyond our expectations. Jennifer which is his assistant was also on board with this transaction. She compliments him well with her excellent customer service skills and she stays abreast of needed documents to move the loan forward to the next level of the process. We also received updates regarding the loan status on a regular basis as the updates became available from the processor and underwriter. Most recently we received thank you cards showing appreciation for us using Mountain West Financial as our choice lender...And my husband even received a birthday card. To top it off; even when we thought things couldn't have gone any better; we received a folder with all of our signed loan documents in it and our home appraisal.
