In the past, we've always had great experiences here. We typically receive an end-of-stay report detailing how Marie did with eating, playtime, and overall behavior, along with photos from group play sessions. During longer stays, staff would also usually provide updates, which always gave us peace of mind. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The Issue: The only communication we received during Marie's stay was a call informing us that she had been injured by another dog. We were told she had a small mark behind her ear, but when we picked her up, she had multiple marks and scratches that appeared more significant than what had been described to us. To make matters worse, we never received the usual end-of-stay report. Customer Service: When I called afterward to ask about the missing report, the employee at the front desk, Brooklyn, was dismissive and unhelpful. She told me that because Marie had already been checked out, they could no longer send one. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told none were available. I had to specifically request that a note be left for the manager, Melissa, to call me back. When Melissa eventually returned my call, she unfortunately had no answers about what happened to Marie during her stay. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy or concern regarding the situation and our experience overall. Overall: As returning customers, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Communication, transparency, and accountability are extremely important when trusting someone with your pet, and unfortunately this visit left us feeling uncomfortable and unheard. Sadly, Marie will not be returning after this experience.

They have always stayed at their vet until now so I was nervous about leaving them in a new place, especially the older one. They were VERY well taken care of and came home so happy, and with no upset tummies which always happened at the vet. The caretakers sent photos, answered my texts/calls, and just all around made the experience for the pups very comfortable and loved. I never felt like we were a burden or that they weren't wanted. We were welcomed from the first phone call inquiry about boarding and daycare. Petsuites is more than what we paid when they boarded at the vet BUT their rooms are larger, they get play time with other furry babies, more potty walks, and loved on by many caretakers. Thank you for taking care of our fur babies. They will be back!

They allow my two dogs (one large one small) to stay in the same kennel/dog run area which is nice because some facilities will not allow large and small dogs in the same dog run even if they are in the same family. Owner very disorganized. Had taken all of my information over the phone (weeks before the scheduled boarding dates), including my vet's information, with the purpose of checking my dog's shot records prior to boarding. Arrived to drop my dog off at 8 am only to be asked for the shot records because she did not have them in the computer. Then she tried to call my vet and complained when the phone rang over to voice mail. She was able to get through on the second try and verify that my dog was up-to-date on their shots. She mentioned during this time that she really would have preferred to meet my dog prior to him being dropped off for boarding. I toured the boarding facilities on a separate visit, called to book the boarding on the following day and was never given those instructions. She also argued with me about the weight of my dog, stating he looked heavier than 39 pounds. They seem to use the dogs weight for the nightly cost of boarding (40 pounds = $17/night, less than 40 pounds = $16/night). I told her his last weight was two weeks ago and he's a puppy, so he certainly could have gained some weight since then. As she was on the phone with the vet, confirmed that my dog weighed 39.8 pounds two weeks prior. If you're that concerned about a dog's weight, you should probably invest in a scale for the lobby area. During the first boarding visit she did recommend that I bring my own dogs food, but after that they could just feed him the same dog food they feed all the dogs they are boarding. I was always told it is not a good idea to abruptly change the food as it can lead to GI issues, so that policy seemed strange to me. Went to pick up my dog (a 9 month old puppy) and was told by the assistant that the owner was not comfortable with boarding my dog in the future, as he was very aggressive with her, the actual word used was vicious. The assistant stated she never had any problems with my dog, but if I wanted to use them again, I would have to call and speak to the owner personally. My dog was extremely high-strung and hyper when I picked him up. He also didn't smell that great, despite the mandatory bath that all the dogs are required to get. He is normally a very calm and laid-back kind of dog, as much as can be expected from a puppy. So I told the assistant I would just make alternate arrangements for future boarding. My dog and this facility/owner were not a good fit. I would hesitate to recommend them to other dog owners.

As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. Katie even followed up with us the next day to see how Chip was!! Needless to say, we consider Katie & the Nona Paws crew a part of our family. The pricing turned out to be too steep for what we needed (long trip and two hrs/day) but it would have been a great deal if we had multiple pets as their price is per hour.

When we arrived we went to guest services and they asked standard questions like purpose for dog. We were able to also get a quick line pass due to my sons needs and the dog. It is good to note we went on a Thursday so it was a slow park day. The staff at every ride was amazing and kind in explaining how it worked. Every ride has its own kennel cage. We were able to leave him in the dog stroller on some rides and others we just popped him into the cage. He happily sat and waited for us. Because we had the quick line pass he did not have to wait long. The cages are in small rooms or behind curtains at the front of the line. I would recommend anyone nervous about it to trust me when I say your dog will be safe for the small amount of time they have to wait.

I called him ahead of time and asked if we were able to provide electronic copies of our dog's vaccination records. He was kind and helpful at the front desk and made us feel at ease. We came back to the kennel mid-day to walk our pet and let him run around on the grass area adjacent to the facility. Now, the pick up is why I am giving this kennel service a 1-Star rating. Per the the contract, we had to pick up our dog at 11:00PM. This was no issue as the parks closed at 9:00PM and we wanted to get a bite to eat afterwards at CityWalk. After we already ordered, my husband called the kennel at 9:05PM and make sure we had until 11:00PM. The last representative on-duty said he was heading out EARLY. My husband asked "if we don't make it in time, will we not be able to get him?" and the rep said YES. Absolutely no heads up - wouldn't have known if we hadn't chosen to call FIRST. So in panic, we had to pay now and get our food to go. Disloyal to the contract and a total inconvenience. I bolted back to the kennel, and found that the door was locked at 9:24PM. As a pet owner, you can imagine the feeling. A sign was placed on the front desk that the representative was "checking on our dog or out back cleaning"..... to which neither was true. Our dog was completely unattended. I called the kennel line and the security line multiple times provided on the phone outside and got no answer. After waiting and waiting, the representative came up on a golf cart, entered the facility through a side door, and unlocked the front door from the inside. He then walked away as if we didn't see me the whole time. He did not try to explain himself or apologize - instead rudely asked me "pick up name?". I got my dog and got out of there. We will not be returning.
