I told her it was fine, to take care of her family. She had offered to reschedule but I had already taken the day off and had a babysitter. I went ahead and found someone else to do my hair that same day. I was really sad to go to someone else since I always loved the way Cristina had done my hair in the past. I messaged her in June to see if I could come in for a cut. Unfortunately we couldn't make it work with my work schedule. I then asked for a refund June 13th. June 28th she did say she would refund me. I stopped hearing from her on instagram and decided to text her on July 16th, she told me my Zelle request would not be paid because she did not have the funds. I waited until August 14th because the Zelle request was set to expire. She has not responded to my text and my new Zelle request. I am so disappointed in how we ended up here. I have referred her services to friends and family. I have always gotten so many wonderful compliments on her work and always let her know how much her work was admired. All this over $45. She must need the money more than me. Bless her and whatever she may be going through.

I have been going to JUST YOUR STYLE HAIR SALON for more than twelve years and I have never been disappointed! I am constantly getting compliments on my hair. I will be walking down the isle of the grocery store and people will randomly stop me and say " Can I ask you where u get your hair done?" Of course I let them know it is Bridget at JUST YOUR STYLES HAIR SALON that does my hair. I have given her number to many people, I KID YOU NOT! You will be so happy with your hair and will be amazed at the compliments u will get! Bridget uses good products , your hair will never be over processed. I have referred at least ten people to her that are now more than satisfied customers! I am not good at making future appts, Bridget works with my schedule to get me in and her daughter Amber works their also. She is adorable and got her talent from her momma! So uyou can always make an appt with her also. My fave thing, besides how great my hair looks is that she is very reasonable and I am never in there more than a hour, unlike most hair dressers who take ateast two hours if not more! So drop on in to JUST YOUR STYLE HAIR SALON, you will not regret it. read more

This review is based on work done by Alicia White. Alicia is the only stylist in this salon that I have been to. The reason I only have a review for her is because after the first time she did my hair, I knew I wouldn't need to go to anybody else. She isn't the type of hair dresser to just stick to her own certain styles, she is willing to step out of the box and try anything that you desire. I had been from blond, to brown, to black, to half of my head shaved and dyed with a cheetah print! From short hair to long hair, she always leaves me walking out the salon as happy as ever. I would recommend her to anybody, women AND men. So, if you are thinking about stopping by this salon, I highly recommend asking for Alicia. You won't be disappointed. read more

Bridget is the "Go To" girl here at Just Your Style. She has done my hair for YEARS. I have NEVER been disappointed. I have recommended TONS of people to her over the years and they all left feeling BEAUTIFUL and happy with the prices. She is fair and takes pride in her work. I just left today with a Brazilian Blowout and I LOVE IT! Amber is another "Go To" girl. She is young, vibrant and knows whats in style and up to date. She does my daughters hair and as long as she is in the hair business she will be my daughters personal hair lady like Bridget is my personal hair lady. Its a very friendly environment and everyone that works there are friendly and fun to be around. I recommend Just Your Style to EVERYONE of ALL ages. read more

She understood my hair like it was her life's calling. She even refreshed my highlights for my wedding, and I swear I floated down the aisle shimmering like a sunbeam. Then life whisked me away to Orange County for a bit. New city, new grocery stores, new salons. I tried other stylists -- nice ones, talented ones -- but something was always... off. The vibes weren't the same. My hair wasn't the same. So when I moved back to Redlands, I basically sprinted back to my comfort zone: Palazzo. Then Kendra moved away, I panicked for about five minutes before finding Emerald. And oh my gosh... Em is magic. I can bring her the vaguest Pinterest screenshot or a grainy selfie from 2016 and she'll just smile, nod, and whip my hair into exactly what I pictured. Every time I leave her chair, I walk out feeling fresher, lighter, somehow more me. She's also just the easiest human to talk to. Friendly, easy-going, the kind of person who makes the whole appointment feel like catching up with a friend who also happens to wield scissors like a goddess. The whole salon has that vibe. Warm. Pretty. Everyone smiling. And don't even get me started on their chai tea. The BEST chai that makes you want to sit there forever, pretending real life doesn't exist outside those doors. Everyone was commenting on it!! Even after going out and being in the wind all day, the softness was still there and so easy to manage. The only thing I wasn't too crazy about was the slight mist that comes over when rinsing out the color and shampooing. But I'd definitely rather have that knowing the strong pressure is getting out all the product, kind of feeling like a scalp massage, too. I inquired to see if a Demi permanent product was used but was assured that a permanent was used. 5 days after notifying her that I was unhappy with my hair Dianna finally reached back out to me to offer to correct my hair at 7am on one of three days (my original appointment was at 11). When I replied stating that yes, I would take the second day offered she responded stating that it was already taken and could have the third day. I informed her that I was scheduled to work and that would not be possible to make. At this point I made an appointment with my regular stylist (who does not do balayage) for a root touch up as I am unwilling to be seen in public with the hair I was left with. I reached out again to Dianna, this time to see about refunding me the price of a root touch up, not the entire service, as she was unable to accommodate me in appropriate manner, and she replied that she does not offer refunds but would redo my hair. At this pint I have already had to have someone else redo my hair and I will no longer be going to someone who cannot stand behind their work and handle their mistakes timely or appropriately.
