So I go to this restaurant but the staff literally ignored me when I asked them how long the wait was they were not busy it was like I was invisible so we asked 3 times how much longer do we have to wait then the wattress said we can wait in the back till a table infront was ready so we got a drink then waited another 20 minutes when the tables in front were empty. I sent my cousin to ask the worker if we can go to the table and they completely forgot about us. This place serves good food. If it wasn't for the bad service and the manager who couldn't be bothered with a unsatisfied customer, this place would have gotten 5 stars. Make sure to just order basic. (All special requests were wrong.) This is the second time we had bad service. We were wanting to give them a second chance and they blew that. I usually love this place and bringing friends to come drink/ eat/ and watch the games. I created a reservation for 9 and the reservation was approved by the company. My friends got there the next day at the reservation time and I told them to go in with my name. My friends were told that someone in my party had called and canceled. I know that that was not true at all. When I had got there to see what could be done they had told me I was the only reservation and that I must have called in and canceled. It was the first day of the regular football season and packed! They told us we could wait for a table (which wouldn't come up) and would have to wait in the 100 degree heat. This is probably one of the worst places ever gone too. I came in sat down got my menu about 5 minutes after I sat down and got our drinks soon after. But once we order 10 boneless wings and a hamburger we waiting for over 50 minutes. The restaurant was empty beside several guys in the bars and a family eating which they had there food already. The server didn't even bother to come by and check on us or refill our drinks. Then she hid from us after another server brought our food. First I ordered the large and received the small of 6 pieces it was way over cooked and very tough to eat. The rest of the meal was ok. "Just Ok". The mall location was where I should have learned. There, you're sat by a bartender that has a crappy attitude. Then the food came out cold, twice. He said it just came out of the fryer. I told him then he'd better check it because I think it may be broken. The shrimp was hot and yummy. I will not be trying the one in the market place for fear of this same guy working there also. My family and I have been going here for the past several years- when they were in the old location in the same strip mall. The food was better at the older location. I really like their wings but they don't seem as good since they've moved. The original location was small and at the end before they moved, was getting run down. Unfortunately moving didn't change the "bar" atmosphere when you walk in. My family and I would eat at the location more often if it didn't have this "bar" feeling - loud music, loud patrons (obnoxious loud like they've had too much to drink). It's just a weird vibe for a restaurant but perhaps the management and ownership are going for this type of atmosphere. The location in the marketplace has a different atmosphere, more of a restaurant type feel. They have decent food, especially if you dine in but I wouldn't take young children there in the evening. read more
