Sergey came to our house to check out the damage both exterior and interior, and we set an appointment for Mike and Sergey to return to meet with the insurance adjuster so they could help us work with our insurance company to ensure that the entire roof was covered. The adjuster found evidence of severe weather damage to the roof, and Lifetime Builders placed me on the schedule for installation for the very next week. The crew arrived early on the day they were scheduled. The men were very friendly, and they worked hard all day. The first day, they did most of the removal of the old roof and installed weatherproofing for the new one. They did a phenomenal job on clean-up after the demo day, and they came back first thing the next morning and installed the new roof all within the second day. The workers left my yard looking just as good or better than before once finished with final cleanup. We had a new roof within 2 weeks of calling Lifetime Builders, and Lifetime Builders helped us work with our insurance company to ensure that every expense except our deductible was covered and paid for. They even helped with organizing the repair of the drywall ceiling inside. We could not be happier with our new roof and new ceiling in the bathroom. After the Langerman's vehicle cut across four lanes to exit the highway--fine, whatever, people do it sometimes--I saw the driver's phone stuck the the windshield, not displaying a map, but a video. As we approached the stop sign, I was able to get right behind him and he was streaming a tv show right in the middle of his windshield. I was stunned. Later, as we wound through a subdivision of New Brighton, I watched his vehicle swerve across the double-lined median, almost entirely into the other lane, as the driver ducked down to grab something the floor. Now, to be fair, maybe the driver was slobbering drunk and so didn't realize how dangerous he was being. But assuming that's not the case, I would never want someone with this neglect for the safety and life of others to do work for me. If you have so little respect the life and property of other on the road, I could never assume you'd care about my life, family, and property. I found other reviews about the dangerous driving of this company's vehicles. I hope this isn't the owner so he can get this straightened out and begin to regain some credibility.

We remodeled our basement in 2020 and had a good experience with that company, but we were not happy with the Covid protocols (or lack thereof) of the other company or their long-term responsiveness. Prima was incredibly respectful of our home and fantastic about communication. The planning process was impeccable, and I felt like we were listened to and the design completely reflects what we wanted and what was most practical for our space. During the project Kim sent weekly updates about what was accomplished and what was planned for the next week. The project stayed on schedule in spite of a couple Covid brushes and a lot of snow! I also love supporting a woman-owned business, but if that's not your thing, pick Prima because of the quality of the work and the stellar communication and project management. We opened up a load-bearing wall and added the custom bench, and everything else basically stayed in the same place (except added a pantry) but was completely replaced and updated.
