We lost use of our kitchen, which was unfortunate, but we are certain that Clean Response worked as quickly as possible to minimize the outage. There was no mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming in bathroom #1, bedroom #1, bedroom #2, or hallway. While the kitchen, living room, and bathroom #2 may have been cleaned it was poorly done as there is still debris visible on the floors (hair, carrot, tracks from trash can, etc). I would not recommend their services, especially for a deep clean of approximately 1 hour in length.

They charged her 30 dollars extra to clean a spot that needed extra attention. The guy didn't even put effort in to clean the spot in the living room, you can still see the spot the same as it was before he came out. The carpet after he left was so wet you could see puddles from your foot prints. They also advertise an offer of 10% off for seniors and he did not give her this even when she asked about it while he was writing up the invoice with her. Worst of all he opened her refrigerator without asking and tried to take a canned drink for himself and when my grandma said something about it and told him to get out of there he said "I need something to drink" and was rude about her not having a beverage for him after she offered him a glass of water and he said no to it. I know this was made for Friday because when I was on the phone making the appointment I remember them repeating back Thursday, saying "you mean Friday, right?" and them agreeing. I also told them we have 4 rooms to do and buy their 5 room package (one of our rooms is ~400 sq ft, and they cap a "room" as being 200 sq feet max, so that one counts as two). I mention we have a hallway connecting the rooms and they say they'll go ahead and do that too (two of our rooms are ~100 sq ft). I get called Wednesday and am told they'll be out on Thursday. I again say it was for Friday and am told they aren't available Friday. I'm not happy but agree since I just want to get this done. I get another call Thursday morning asking if we can move the appointment up to be sooner. We call back and leave a message saying we can do it after noon. I get called again an hour later and confirm we can do it between noon and 1pm. I'm told the cleaner will call ahead with the time they'll arrive. I get a call at 12:10pm from the cleaner asking me why I'm not home and that they've been waiting at my house for 10 minutes. There was no call telling me they were on their way or that they were going to arrive right at noon so I was running an errand. They sound very frustrated as though this was my fault for wasting their time. We have pets, and one of the main reasons for this cleaning to to take out pet and urine smells. Their website says they will deodorize your carpets and they list pet odor and urine stain removal as part of their service. When I arrive I find out the treatment for urine is an additional $0.36 sq. ft, which more than doubles the cost of the service. They do not list this or price this anywhere on their website, so I guess you only find out when they're already at your house. On top of that they charge an additional $15 for the hallway that I'd been told they'd just take care of, and the cleaner acts annoyed that I'm asking and trying to understand why the service has doubled in cost. They do pet odor and urine stain removal, but urine odor costs double, something that was mentioned by nobody and is not on their website anywhere. Their website explicitly states they have no extra or hidden fees. Not my experience. I received a call a few hours after asking how things went. The moment I started telling them the issues I had their tone changed and they couldn't get off the call fast enough. I would not recommend this company.

It seemed very overwhelming the amount of damage that was left in its wake, but Schaun walked us through every step of the way. From dealing with the insurance company to mitigation and finally rebuilding the ceiling, floors, walls and everything else that needed to be replaced, Schaun and his team were on top of it every step of the way. The whole damage (which trust me was a lot) took eight or nine weeks total to rehab and most of that time was spent waiting for the insurance company to approve the claim. Even before the claim went through, Allied was at our house with air scrubbers, giant fans, and dehumidifiers to prevent any mold buildup that may have taken place since the leak. They were also on top of the insurance company to get our claim approved, and once it finally was, his crew was here the next day to get started on the work and continued to be here each day until the job was done. Schaun was very professional and courteous and his crew did a great job getting our house back in order. I would recommend them to others and use Allied Property Services again if anything like this ever happened again.

He listened to what our issues were, inspected the damage, pulled out his cool infrared gadget, and gave us his estimate. The surprise came when he then told us that - as much as no business likes to turn down business - our issue was one we could probably handle ourselves. Instead of simply taking our money, he suggested that we give it a go, and call him back if the issue turned out to be larger than we were comfortable handling on our own. So there you have it. 5-star review for a company I never actually hired -specifically because of an estimator's honesty and frankness. Unfortunately we had another water event at our home this year. This time it was in our basement. A…read moreline on our water softener failed. That sent a lot of water into our newly remodeled bathroom, hallway, and laundry room. We had recently been inspired by watching Renovation 911 which is a new renovation show on HGTV based here in MN. It was this inspiration that led us to contact them. Aaron came out right away and accessed our situation. He advised us that the water had gone under the floor into these other rooms and hallway. Aaron was able to remove our sink and floor in the bathroom, pull up some carpet and cut out some drywall. He then set up fans and equipment to start the drying process. I believe her name was Kathy, then came out a few times including on the weekend to check the status of the drying process. Once everything was dried, I advised Aaron that we would like their team to also handle the rebuild. Aaron referred me to Drew who contacted our insurance agent and assigned our file to Mark G. This is where everything went downhill. For the next 30 days, 30 days, I emailed, called and texted Mark. Sometimes he replied, sometimes he didn't. When he did, he would say that he was waiting for something from our insurance. So I would call my insurance agent, he advised me everything had been approved. I would then go back to Mark who said he still was waiting for information. After 30 days of confirming with our insurance and repeated attempts to contact Mark, we figured they had other projects that were more important. I again contacted my insurance agent and requested that the approved amount be sent to me. I then advised Drew and Mark that we would be going in a different direction. We did our own research, and about two weeks later we had the carpet installed, the bathroom floor, sink and vanity installed, and the drywall completed. Clearly it seems that our business was not important to them, however we are very thankful to the companies that cared enough to help us complete our project.

Tech had a very heavy set of equipment which they needed to maneuver 1 step at a time both down and up the basement steps. We had already cleared the entire area about 6 ft away from the furnace. Laundry sink was not in the way whatsoever but after the tech left, we saw the corner of laundry sink about 6-8 inches each side of the corner had been crushed. This is a fiberglass sink and there's really no way we ourselves could have crushed it. It took some type of very heavy equipment---like the pieces this tech was maneuvering into and out of our basement. We are extremely disappointed this tech would not own up to what they did, and the company flat out refuses to offer any adjustment.
