They made tunnels under our front walkway, causing the cement stones to be at uneven angles, which was dangerous to mail people and ourselves. We tried literally all of the traps you can buy online (including the gopher hawk, which people swear by), to no avail. It just put more unsightly holes in our yard and each time they didn't work, I became more upset and frustrated. We have a neighbor a few streets down who recommended this company. I wish we had reached out sooner! Joe responded to my email within the same day, and he came out the next week. He set up traps all over our yard. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came back in a week to check them, and he caught three! So it turns out there was more than one wreaking havoc, which we had no clue about. Place looked great, was told that it would be dry in 2-3 hours. Living room was dry, but the carpet on the stairs was still pretty wet about 12 hours later, but our movers weren't coming until the next day so no problem. I'm at work the next day and my wife's family called to tell me that the stairs are still sopping (24 hours later). I called to see if there was anything that could be done about it, as my movers and wife's family are now over there and are kind of stuck. He explained to me how the cleaning process worked and everything, which was great, and explained that usually it took 2-3 hours to dry. He recommended I "get some fans and open the windows," and although he said "I get it's an inconvenience," also did not offer any kind of apology. He asked bluntly "what are you looking for?" Refused any kind of discount, did not offer to bring over fans/blowers (I don't own any of either myself), and was generally unapologetic and told me "I don't have time to argue about this on the phone I have other customers and clients." Nothing wrong with the cleaning itself obviously, (I think, I haven't been able to see the upstairs) and the carpet looked as good as could be expected given the state of it at the start, but I was pretty disappointed by the lack of sympathy or willingness to help after paying hundreds of dollars for a service. *UPDATE* Jason made things right which was hugely appreciated. I called initially and got an appointment…read morefor Friday 10/18 which was canceled an hour before they were scheduled to arrive citing a job that was bigger than anticipated. Then it was scheduled for Tuesday 10/22. Nobody showed up Tuesday and when I called they said it was actually scheduled for Wednesday and I must have written it down wrong. Wednesday 10/23 they showed up and cleaned the couch and I venmo'd payment only to get home from work and find dirty water stains on my cream colored couch where they hadn't pulled out all the water correctly. So I texted the number I'd sent the payment through, and got nothing back. I called the next day and was told they'd fit me in that next Tuesday 10/29. Nobody showed up by 4pm so I called again, and was told that if nobody showed up by 5 that Jason, the owner, would personally come clean it on Thursday 10/31. On the 31st I called in the morning to get an ETA on when someone would be there and was told he'd call his guys (again, he had said he would personally come clean it) and get back to me. I have not heard from him since. Suddenly my calls are dropping and then the cherry on top was the 1am call I got (and didn't answer for obvious reasons) and then got my call declined again when I called back at a reasonable hour. Long review to say: Do not hire these folks, they will jerk you around and then do a terrible job. Worst part is they obviously don't stand by their work.

He does not nickel and dime like other services I've used in the past and I love that the products are non toxic. Even with the minimum charge, I'd still say he has the best prices in town for such a high quality service. David was extremely responsive and accommodating to my scheduling requests. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and trustworthy. Will be hiring again for all future jobs, highly recommend!

We have pets, with some very stubborn stains. I asked David if he charged extra for pet treatment - and he said no, it was a flat rate (which I have never experienced - I usually get charged a hefty fee for having pets). David pre-treated the carpets, and then cleaned the carpets. He does not use harsh detergents, so no residue is left in the carpet. The carpets dried within 3-4 hours and they look brand new. No stains! Yay!! I most definitely would highly recommend David!! Oh, and I forgot to tell you - he places little styrofoam wedges under all the feet of the furniture, which can be removed after the carpet has fully dried. I appreciated the attention to detail!!
