Sadly, they had run out of silverware so we had to use their plastic packet of plastic utensils. One thing to note is that on the ordering screen they automatically have the 20% tip checked, so if you don't want to pay that amount, you need to click on a different percentage or click on the custom button. I absolutely love the ambience here, with how natural everything feels, including the little glass vases with avocado pits germinating. One other minor thing to note is that they have a section near the window with a high-top counter and high-top chairs. She asked if I wanted Diet Pepsi or Pepsi Zero. PEPSI ZERO?!!! No one ever has Pepsi Zero. I said absolutely yes to the Pepsi Zero. So she brought me two mason jar mugs because she wasn't sure which was the Diet and which was the Zero. Apparently a staff member attached the two drinks to the wrong fountain heads and she wanted to know which I wanted. I was able to pick the Zero out fairly easily. How cool, Pepsi Zero. Anyway, we all got our food nd mine was made perfectly the way I ordered it. The eggs were made dry (not cooking with butter or oil), the potatoes were just roasted potatoes, the bacon was crispy, the English muffin was toasted (so my whipped butter filled in all the nooks and crannies - as they should do as advertised on TV), and the drink was Pepsi Zero! And our server was quick to replenish drinks. Plus, the cost does not break the bank. Many breakfast places tend to overprice their breakfast items. I wish I came here sooner. The guy behind the counter was friendly and efficient. He worked on the smoothie right away. I was able to leave the store with my smoothie within 5 minutes! There was only another customer at the time when I left. The Mango Monsoon was refreshing and not too sweet. I couldn't believe that I finished all 22-24 oz. in no time! It was delicious! I guess the price of $7.99 plus tips and tax seems fair. Next time I will try some of their food items on their menu too!

The bathroom latches are way too high for a child to lock the door, but they do have a fold down changing table in the woman's restroom. (Not in the stall) They do have high chairs for toddlers. I actually need a chair to rest my leg on because I cannot bend my right knee. Our waitress was very nice about it... however a man came up to me and told me it was a fire hazard to have a chair in the aisle... so what about the kids high chairs? The chair was completely pushed under the table... so I had no choice but to put my foot up on the other side of the booth (which I was avoiding). Also the booth cushion is not attached so when you lean on it it comes up... making it very hard for a handicapped person like me to get in and out of a booth. other than that our experience was enjoyable. My husband ordered the corned beef hash breakfast. It came with Corned beef Hash, 2 eggs (he ordered his scrambled) diced potatoes or hashed browns (he picked diced potatoes) and toast or pancakes. Since it was Mother's Day, it's crowded and a bit loud but not too loud where it was too obnoxious, except for a few people who had no manners at all on dress, but that's another topic I won't go to, for now. Tables, plates and silverware were clean, and one can still get around, even with one table behind us with a handicapped person, it didn't crowd up much at all - it was all very reasonably spacious. Definitely will come back here, though I do miss that older lady who was our server the last time before today, who was very nice - had a bit of an attitude to her personality but not too much to make it tasteless, some sass makes for an interesting day.
