The quality of the work Alphagraphics does is great, but when we hired them to make the place cards for my wedding, they took almost a week longer than they said they would when we placed the order. I had to call back several times to follow up, and they were not helpful with rushing the order. Still, the cards themselves were great! Plus, they're way better than Kinko's for customer service, and you don't have to wait in line for half your life either. I WOULD NOT go to this printer. I used to come to this Alphagraphics under the old owner Mehti, but since the ownership has changed, the prices have SKYROCKETED and the service has PLUMMETED. I was a decades-old customer of Alphagraphics for small organizations/schools/etc but now being treated very poorly. Under new ownership, I was lied to about the pricing and even after keeping the money I had already paid them, they did not complete the very small order. Great business with a fabulous owner! Initially I was overcharged by a minimal amount, but I had a rush job I had to mail out fast so I didn't dispute it. I filled out an online survey from Alphagraphics recently and the owner called me within minutes of filing out the survey to apologize. He let me know that he reads all reviews so he researched what happened and said I was absolutely right. He was genuinely sorry and said I should have disputed the amount immediately.
