I cannot say enough good things about Dan at this location. We reached out to him to order signage for an upcoming event since our previous event planners used this location 3 years ago. Dan knew exactly the event we were talking about and had all of the files stored from three years ago. He has been SO responsive and helpful in making sure our signage was exactly the way we wanted, and he's even made sure we can get it all done in less than a week. We will never use another signage company again--THANK YOU, Dan!! read more

Had them print a family tree that was 14' wide. They walked me through how to get them the file and printed it in one day. Fantastic service and very reasonable prices. read more

I'd like to recommend Riverside Graphics instead of these clowns. They got the job done and out the door on less than a week. Still waiting for the return phone call from Alpha Graphics. Dan? Vicky? Is anyone there?? read more

Dan and his team are outstanding. They do great design and print work and I would highly recommend them. Recently, I had a quick turnaround job that they delivered on-time and looking great. read more

Dan is amazing! I walked in with a frustrating printing project that needed to be completed immediately. He knew exactly how to help and completed my project in a snap. He's the best and I will only trust Alpha Graphics for my organization's projects going forward. read more

The quality of the work Alphagraphics does is great, but when we hired them to make the place cards for my wedding, they took almost a week longer than they said they would when we placed the order. I had to call back several times to follow up, and they were not helpful with rushing the order. Still, the cards themselves were great! Plus, they're way better than Kinko's for customer service, and you don't have to wait in line for half your life either. I like to think this was an isolated incident, since they've been great the other times we used them! read more

Customer service Alphagraphics is great! The staff always works to ensure the needs of our company are met. I WOULD NOT go to this printer. I used to come to this Alphagraphics under the old owner Mehti, but since the ownership has changed, the prices have SKYROCKETED and the service has PLUMMETED. I was a decades-old customer of Alphagraphics for small organizations/schools/etc but now being treated very poorly. Under new ownership, I was lied to about the pricing and even after keeping the money I had already paid them, they did not complete the very small order. It became obvious that my small business is not welcomed here. read more

I have been trying to reach Dan for over a week now. I cannot find out about my job or what is or is not being done. I am starting to think they are out of business. read more

I'm the marketing director at a local investment firm. We were launching a printed campaign a few weeks ago and thought we'd give AG a shot. I met with Dan Sher (owner) for a consultation before moving forward with Alphagraphics' printing services and I have to say, it made all the difference. He was knowledgable, patient, and really went the extra mile to understand what we were trying to achieve with our marketing campaign as a whole. The finished product was professional and cost effective - plus they finished the printing and handled the shipping in record time! I'm very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend Alphagraphics to anyone in need of immediate printing or marketing services. read more

I reordered some business cards this time around. They were on a specific card stock with raised letters. The original manufacturer did not have the type of cardstock listed. With some sleuthing, Dan found the cardstock listed under a different name. I got exactly what I wanted. Again, the cards came out perfect! read more

My office has been working with Dan and his team for some time. I am very impressed by the level of service and quality of products. The prices are reasonable, they are quick and efficient. They have even fixed my mistakes! I couldn't be more pleased. read more

Always a great experience, Alphagraphics remains my first choice for my print projects.

My Optometry office started using Dan Spring 2012 when his company merged/bought out another local Alphagraphics branch that I had been previously very pleased with. Since day one, Dan personally replies to all of my emails very promptly, drafts of our newsletters get back very quickly, and the only error thus far has been my office's fault (and we are the type of office that does not make many). I also called around to check prices at "big box" printers, and Alphagraphic's prices are most definitely competitive, while it certainly appears the staff has much more training/competency than the staff at a typical Kinko's. read more

AlphaGraphics is so fast and amazing. They even deliver our finished products. Everyone is pleasant and professional. They make me feel like my little jobs are just as important to them as to me. They really make my job easier and I can't thank them enough! read more

In a world of online digital printing and impersonal communication, it's wonderful to have a local shop and an actual person to deal with. Alphagraphics in Bannockburn has never disappointed. Knowledgable and helpful. They take the time to understand your project and how best to get it done.

I last reviewed Alphagraphics in October of 2012. Since them I have used their services many times and they have continued to provide impeccable service at very competitive prices. I totally recommend Dan and his team. Their timely services are far better than the industry standards. read more

Great business with a fabulous owner! Initially I was overcharged by a minimal amount, but I had a rush job I had to mail out fast so I didn't dispute it. I filled out an online survey from Alphagraphics recently and the owner called me within minutes of filing out the survey to apologize. He let me know that he reads all reviews so he researched what happened and said I was absolutely right. He was genuinely sorry and said I should have disputed the amount immediately. I explained why I hadn't and he let me know that he had already processed my credit. Now that's great business! I will definitely use them again! read more

Dan and his staff are great to do business with. They can handle any size project and are reasonable.
