In short, The Play Cafe worked with a separate graphic design group to originate a brand, color scheme, and general design. We then came to Blueshoon to transition all of those ideas to a clear, clean website design that would be easy to navigate. One huge reason I liked working with Blueshoon is that they helped me to be self-sufficient in web maintenance. They took the time to go over the inner workings of the site, so I know how to edit or update text and add certain features which we will be ready for in the future. I actually have a Chicago office and another one in Los Angeles. As it turned out, one day I was in the Chicago area and had a very high stakes MYSQL coding problem that crippled a major part of my business. My core staff being back in LA was unable to solve the problem. A friend of mine had referred me to Blueshoon after hours and they responded. Not only did they solve the problem, they made my server and sites run better than they did before the problem. Following that time, I have sub-contracted many projects to them from graphic design, to web applications, and even moved all of my hosting needs over to them. They are able to help me with my sites and server problems better than any hosting solution even if it is managed because they are familiar with my work details. The other thing I want to point out is they are OUTSTANDING when it comes to working on billing solutions for sites in e-commerce. They really are able to do a lot for you. They have installed analytic tracking and even mined data for me to tell me how to get my conversions across many different projects I have brought them into higher. They have been able to cut through multiple layers of business issues from tech to marketing. A very big reason to consider this group is that they have a very strong number of abilities from creating a site, web apps, design, coding functions, to user experience and even the marketing. I really like that they bridge marketing with technology and can do all of the data extraction as well as problem solving. They communicate very well with tech and marketing people and understand how to bridge the gap between the how (technology) and the why (marketing). You won't find a more able group of people who can cover the spread of needs you would have in the digital space better than Blueshoon. They are a tremendous value and can really do it all. I have yet to throw a complex problem at them that they have not had an answer for. Just amazing work from this crew and I cannot possibly endorse them in a way that does them any justice!

She came recommended by our graphic designer Erin Martin (god bless her creativity!) since she was a locally owned business. While this business was suggested, I still reached out to 4 other printing companies but Mi-Te seemed reasonable and fair especially when it came to timelines and expectations. While we did have a few small hiccups, Terri was great to work with. She went as far as letting us use her double sided tape gun with 2 extra rolls! The only location open is Glencoe. I googled scanning services in Irving Park and found this place right down the street. They have been there so long and I didn't even know they were there! They're across the street from Munchie's for those of you from the neighborhood. Point is, it's a family-owned neighborhood business with great customer service and cheaper prices than Kinko's. For packrats like me who save every paper, essay, and even class notes, they also scan documents and save them onto CDs for $30 an hour.
