Extremely disappointing. The party bus was over 20 minutes late to pick us up, and no one contacted me to let me know the bus would be late or what was going on. Because the bus was late, we were late to a very expensive boat reservation. There was no music on the bus and no working air conditioning. The tv on the bus looked like it was playing music videos but there wasn't sound. We also tried to connect our phones to play music and that did not work either. It was a very hot day and the lack of air conditioning made it an extremely uncomfortable ride. I booked this party bus for my birthday, and it really put a damper on the day. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. There are many reasons not to use the company but the biggest is that the party bus broke down on the side of the road with teenagers in it and neither the driver nor the company called me. The kids were scared as all of the lights in the party bus broke down. The driver refused to give them any explanation or yield to their ask for the driver to call their parents or me (the person who booked the bus). Luckily, kids have cell phones they called me and I rushed to them but it was over 20 mins away. The party bus was suppose to take them to homecoming. It literally broke down on a short ride. PLEASE KNOW the company NEVER call me and I had to call and chew them out and get a full refund. Also, the bus was not worth the $1395 that I was initially charged. I had the Hurricane bus and it was very dirty and dated on the exterior. Also, it says that it fits about 25 people. We had 13 teens and it was a tight squeeze. The party buses are old and dated. Where do I start....First the driver arrived late...dressed dingy and looked unprofessional...The actual bus looked like a old yellow school bus they spray painted black...the inside looked okay...until we sat down and realized the bench wasnt secured and slid with every turn....AC worked intermittently...water leaked on the the first 2 chairs of the bus....when I brought this to the drivers attention, he was unapologetic, and said he'd have to turn the AC OFF in order to make the leaking stop. I paid extra for karaoke that I never used (because the Playlists were not versatile ex: Barry manalo, Beatles etc...). I was looking for a party bus to rent for my 50th Birthday. I found these guys on the Internet. Called, spoke to them and then reserved the bus. The bud was nice however the driver was just ridiculous. He didn't have (or believe in them as he stated) GPS. We have to give him turn by turn directions. It was just awful. We couldn't have fun cause we had to turn down the music and give him directions all night! Also the bus was supposed to to have karaoke however he never showed us how to use anything. I've never really leave reviews on companies but felt obligated to do so as Just Limos provided a great time for our friends. We rented two 30 person party buses for a trip to Baltimore. Both of the drivers were very friendly, great communicators, and most importantly on time for both pick up and drop off. I reserved the bus back in March for my June bachelorette party. From start to finish everyone was helpful. The bus was clean and spacious and the stereo had some real bump to it. I needed 2 pickup locations because of my party size and they made it happen. Kurt (driver) was on time and pleasant, he made certain to make my day special. I was having so much fun I didn't want the night to end so I called the company and asked to extend for another hour and they were more than accomodating. This is in reference to the Columbia MD/ Jessup location.. The short story, OLD RUSTED JUNK of a VEHICLE! Longer version, on the inside not so bad, if you ignore the sent of weed wafting throughout. There were rust spots on the outside that clearly were spray painted over. The vehicle had to be left running, for fear of it not starting back up. On the highway the max speed it could go was 50MPH. IT was an utter EMBARASSMENT. The driver was pleasant and on time. However, their drivers need to wear a uniform or at minimum black slacks and look professionally dressed. We are so disappointed by our wedding experience yesterday. We had the hurricane party bus for our bridal party. The AC was not working for our 30 minute ride. Two of the women on the bus were pregnant and felt ill because of the 90degree temperature in the bus with no air flow. The bus company was unapologetic and made no attempt to make it right. The bus also was advertised as 23-25. We had 24 and 5 people had to stand. read more

I reserved a bus this past Saturday to transport 40 friends one way from College Park to Baltimore at 1030am. The staff was very responsive to emails/phone calls and super helpful helping me organize it and gave a fair price. They were also very patient with us b/c we reserved very last minute. We were on the Earthquake party bus and the bus was really nice on the inside and clean. However, I'm not sure if the AC was broken or if they only have one vent in the back but it was so so so hot. It was about 70 outside that day but the bus was almost unbearable and one passenger had to get off because she was too uncomfortable to stay on it. We asked the driver to turn the air cooler several times but it remained that hot for the entire ride. Also, we were tossed around a lot on the bus.. the driving felt pretty rough but this mightve just been because we were on and off highways. I would not recommend getting this bus during the day when its hot out, or, if the AC was broken I wish the company would have told us in advance and accommodated us with a different bus. read more

We used Just Limos last night and it was raining INSIDE the bus. All of our guests were soaked by the time we got to our destination. We literally had umbrellas up inside the bus. When we got to our destination, we asked the driver to call the owner and have another bus delivered for the ride home. The company would not send a non-leaking bus to pick us up so our guests had to get back in this horrible bus. Just Limos should not be in business. They should be held accountable for advertising a service that they cannot provide especially if its raining. I will be calling Just Limos to get a refund tomorrow...stay tuned. read more

So I got a party bus for my husband... The fact that they need such a hefty non refundable deposit... Kinda sucked... But wasn't a big deal... But please read the fine print in the contract. It will really help you to have a better experience with them. The driver was very nice and arrived 10 min early for everyone to get on the bus. I setup a monument tour with this company for my brother's bachelor party. Getting everything setup was easy and the company was quick to respond and eager to accommodate. However, when the day came the driver of the bus informed me that there may be some water leaking; and that I would have to let her know how I wanted to proceed. "Some water" was a gross understatement. There was water all over the floor and on every seat. There was an active leak from the emergency hatch and the hatch was locked shut and could not be opened from inside. After speaking with the driver, my three options were a complete refund and no bus; $100 off and I use the leaky bus; or wait an hour for another bus. All of these options were clearly unacceptable; especially given the fact that they knowingly sent a bus for my party that had water everywhere. I spoke with the owner who was short, and rude; ultimately giving me zero accommodation and made it seem like this was my problem. Months of planning and coordination were nearly ruined by the owner of this company. Given his ineffective business practices and willingness to send a subpar vehicle, with safety deficiencies; do not use this company for any rental purposes. read more

On Saturday, May 25, 2019, I witnessed a Just Limos car arrive at a residence in Lanham, MD. I was completely shocked to see the driver of the limo get out of the car dressed in shorts, a white t-shirt and tennis shoes. He never held the door or escorted the party into car (could it be because of his unprofessionalism and attire)? As we watched, he went to the rear of the car and proceeded to (what appeared to be) clean out the car. The car engine was also very loud it sounded like a school bus or worse. Then, as the kids were getting in the car, he had to open the hood of the car, remove a lid and replace it. It was a special ball-gowned themed occasion celebrated in the Latino community. Although I am not familiar with the name of the occasion, as a neighbor, I found it very upsetting. I spoke with my neighbor and was told the car broke down on the highway and someone had to come service it, but party did arrive on time. After reading several reviews and what I witnessed, I am making a note to NEVER use Just Limos. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I rented a party bus for my son's 16th bday. The bus showed up withe one tire low on air and the seats were completely ripped leather. The bus smelled and it was old and surprisingly could still run. I called to complain and there were obviously no options at the last minute for the party. They have yet to rectify anything! I recommend going to scope out the bus before booking with them. The pictures do not reporesent any of what the buses look like. If I can give just limos zero Stars that's exactly what I'm going to do I ordered a bus for Saturday December 15th 2018 for my daughter's 18th birthday. When the bus arrived and we got on water with the leaking profusely from the panel in the back of the bus and also the side of the bus that was so much water I had to go in the house and get towels to dry up some of the water. When calling back to just limos the dispatcher say call back on Monday. I called on Monday there was no manager available and was told to call back on Tuesday, but I called on Tuesday I didn't get the results that I really wanted and was told to call back on Thursday, after the manager said let me speak with the owner of the business. I ordered a 22 passenger bus and got downgraded to a 10 passenger bus because of the water leakage and the 22 passenger bus absolutely horrible business I would never recommend anybody to use just limos I'll give you an update after I speak with the owner tomorrow and I'll be leaving another review with my results of what happened and this horrible incident. read more

DO NOT USE COMPANY. We had the worst experience. The bus was an hour late and didn't even contact us to let us know he was late. The manager refused to talk to me at 1st and I had to talk to a dispatcher, who had no information (I don't know where the driver is). Then after my 5th call I got to talk to the manager who as a jerk (I wish I could use other names in this feed) what a rude and disrespectful person. He actually yelled at me for being upset. And his way of solving the problem was telling us to cancel our trip!!! Who says that?! 14 people standing for an hour in the sun waiting for a bus. And then we get on the bus and its disgusting. I think this is a great concept, but the service was awful. I'm not trying to disparage the company, but they need to work on a few things. There was obviously an electrical problem. Every time we hit a bump, the power went out. It was very HUMID that day, and the AC was not working! What made it worse was the AC in the driver's booth was working just fine! . The karaoke machine didn't work either! So we never got to sing one song! We used our phone to to play our own music through WiFi but every time we hit a bump, (you guessed it), the power went out. Everyone was frustrated, especially the driver, because he was dealing with a bus full of angry women and there was nothing he could do about the situation. I was most disappointed because I believe they intentionally sent a broken bus out for business! How unkind!! We complained to management, and after a little back and forth, we received a partial refund. Unfortunately, a refund can't make up for what was lost -- a beautiful memory. Horrible, horrible experience! I didn't even use the service so I can't speak for the actual quality of the bus service, etc. Without making this a HUGE essay; I'll try and keep it short. I called to make a reservation for my 31st birthday party this past December (made the reservation September 24th and cancelled October 22nd). I reviewed the small print, the FAQ's on their website and everything before I went forward with my reservation. I was told that a $200.00 deposit would be due (they took my cc# over the phone and emailed me the confirmation page the same day). The information states the following: CANCELLATION: If for any reason the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days from the reservation date, then 50% of the total amount will be charged. For example, if the reservation is for $1000 for January 10th 2015 and it was cancelled on or after January 3rd 2015, we will deduct $500 since it is less than 7 days from the date of the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled on the day of the reservation, then 100% of the reservation will be charged. DEPOSIT: The vehicle is reserved for my event hence, I understand that a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the vehicle. I further understand that the deposit is non-transferable to a different time or date. I agree that all unpaid balances will be paid in full on or before scheduled service date. If the balance remains unpaid, I agree the scheduled services may be cancelled at the discretion of Just Limos, LLC and I forfeit any prepayments made. Here's my issue: I cancelled my reservation with this company after hearing some friends bad experience. I cancelled a little less than a month from making the reservation. The company requires that you send an email stating you want to cancel along with the Reservation number (which I did). The company never responded. Called them: no answer. Voicemail: no reply. Come December 18th (my birthday), I get a call from the bus driver. So of course, I stated that I cancelled this reservation two months ago, he stated he was going to call dispatch. The next day - this company charged my cc $200.00!!! WTH! When I finally got through to a representative the next business day, I was told that 'oh, someone didn't put in the cancellation'! What type of business are you running in which you give this whole small print, vague detail of cancelling something that you, yourself don't do correctly (honestly, they need to do refunds if you cancel very early/months before an reservation) but whatever. The company gave me a full refund on the monies they took from my account via PayPal (which is a whole other issue for me lol). It took about 2 weeks for me to get my money back. I more than likely won't use this company ever again! read more

This party bus service was fantastic! We got it for our senior prom down in Richmond. The driver arrived early which actually helped us get to our reservation on time. We made a bunch of stops throughout the night and the driver always got us there on time and safely. Had A great experience with a Bachelor party. Driver was A+++ professional and the bus was great. Seats, lighting, and interior was great and the stereo was great. I wouldn't recommend having more than about 15 people on the bus especially if you are having "entertainment" on the bus. One of the worst experiences. Bus was filthy on the inside and out. Main door had an 8 inch gap and wouldn't close so the bus was full of diesel fumes all night. Bus broke down on the highway at 12:45am and we were stranded on the side of the road. The manager refused to work with us on a reasonable compensation for our experience and was very disrespectful and ignorant. The fact that this company would put a vehicle in that condition on the street to safely transport people just tells you what kind of company they are. Had the worse experience after months of planning a karaoke bachelorette party on the Volcano bus with 15 of my friends. So to start the bus arrived with the AC broken in the dead of August heat The driver spent 20 mins trying to get it to work. Finally we got on the road then 30 mins into the ride into DC the bus broke down on the side of the road. Once again he got the bus to work again but it was a nightmare from then on. Every time we hit a pothole the AC and lights would go out. It was hot and we set in the dark. On top of that the Karaoke never worked. Mind you we spent a extra $300 for the karaoke option. The driver told us we had to use our Bluetooth to connect our own music I really felt like we were being punked and this was all setup. But no this was all real. I was also on the bus that evening. As customer I would never anticipate that I would be faced with a pay up or get out scenario. Limo rental agreements should always cover any sort of "incidental" charges, including overages for allotted time. And I find it VERY hard to believe that the company would expect a CASH payment to cover the time it takes to get back to your destination. Especially when you are frequently driving bachelor parties to and from bars which don't close till 2am. Why would you charge extra in CASH from a group that is leaving a concert well before a normal bar closing time?? What if no one on the bus had cash (like me who primarily carries her card instead)? Would we be left in the middle of nowhere?? Stay away from this company-they obviously have some undesirable business practices. read more

I've used this company for my graduation party a few months ago. The booking process was very easy, the people who answered all my questions was very helpful. They took my deposit for the bus when I booked it and the day that my actual day was here, I paid for the deposit on my CARD when I got to the driver at my pickup location. I had drinks, food, and a bunch of people ready to party. We had no problems and had a freaking blast! I then booked them again the last past weekend and my experience was horrible. The first time I booked and the driver arrived at the location, he arrived at least 30 minutes before; this time, the driver arrived at exactly at 9pm--the time I was suppose to leave. Everyone was not there yet but I was and wanted to set up before any of my passengers who were there to sit down and get comfortable. When I arrived and introduced myself, he immediately asked for the money. I had no problem but then he said "we are only taking cash". I just spent 20 minutes riding around to find my bank to deposit money and then he wants cash. the LAST TIME, only two months before, this wasn't the case. So now I had to figure out where I'd go to withdraw the money that they wanted off my card. That took 20 minutes because he didn't go to the nearest one but the one out of the way. NEGATIVE! Not only that but when I got on the bus, I had chicken and macaroni salad (cold). He said there was no HOT food allowed on the bus. I told him that the last time I had the exact SAME thing and it wasnt a problem. The previous driver explained that we had to clean up and if not there was a cleaning fee--no problem. Instead, this guy gave us a hard time and I sensed an attitude. After we drove to the ATM and I gave him the money, my cousin realized that her ID was in the car at the drop-off location. I am very aware that this is our time and we are using it up, but I did not expect for the driver to have an attitude. He said that if he had to go back, he would have to tip him. FIrst off, the money is already paid. IF I decide to tip you, it would be because you are doing your job thoroughly! Yes I wouldve tipped him for going back but because you asked for a tip after I already paid and you hassled me for the money and to find an ATM, NO! NO F-- TIP! So went got the ID and were on our way. The lights---we had to pull over again because he didnt know how to work the lights. He said that if he cut off the lights, everything would go off. It took three of my friends to figure out how to work the lights and the music; the entire time the driver complained about how much time WE were taking up and how much time WE have to do whatever we were doing! Lets keep in mind that I, ME, PAID FOR THE SERVICE FOR 5 HOURS. IF RULES DIDN'T CHANGE TODAY; IF THINGS WERE HOW THEY WERE TWO MONTHS AGO; IF THE DRIVER KNEW HOW TO OPERATE THE VEHICLE--attitudes would not have came from anywhere! Overall, I would recommend this company but PLEASEEEEEE read their policies and conditions before signing. I am not too sure of the name of my driver from the weekend, but he is an African American man, in his late 40s-early 50s, bald, and about 5'8-5'9': YOU DO NOT WANT HIM!
