An old friend and I were catching up on the phone the other day and we wanted to find a mid-point spot where the two of us could meet for lunch. After doing a quick search, Just Kabobs was one of three possible choices. When I presented each option, we both agreed the food looked good so we decided to go there. We went in just after 11:15 AM on a Friday and wound up just beating the lunch crowd that rolled in afterwards. I marveled on how clean the place was as I went to the cafeteria-style line to place my order. I thought the rotisserie chicken looked good and the cook decided to put it on the grill after hearing me comment about it to my friend. So I guess I was having rotisserie chicken dish...*LOL*. My friend ordered the beef kabobs. My dish came with rice, roasted potatoes, salad, and pita bread. We sat in a booth and both of us enjoyed our meal while continuing to catch up on our lives. It was a decent size portion for the price. In the event I ever find myself in Midlothian, IL again, I'll definitely revisit. read more

The first time I was here I spent $36 for 4 plates, spicy feta , and 2 sides of grilled vegetables. This is a real find on the southside for a low-cost meal. That is very good. The kebabs are very tasty. The people there are friendly. This is not a fancy restaurant, but what they put on the plate is a great value, my friend and I only had soft drinks and I'm not quite sure if they serve beer I think they do. Go there try it.
