Departing from the initial venue, driver was at the exact location we asked him to be, so getting out of So-Fi was very smooth. Upon arriving at 2nd location, we asked if we could extend, and he referred me to the owner. Upon speaking to Ryan (owner), we agreed on a set time and price to extend our night. Needless to say, owner and driver were more than willing to let us continue our night with the ease of knowing we all had a ride home. Bus condition was in A1 shape, very clean, great speakers inside the cabin (no raspy sounds), and new clean ice in the coolers. I lost my phone in the mini-bus, was found by their cleaning staff, was notified and returned the next morning. 1000% professional business.

I actually had the exact same price quoted from another company, but it was only through drop off at the Dance. For the same price at Genesis, we had an extra four hours, so nobody had to go pick the kids up at the end of the night! Communication was great, the driver Ray was amazing. The staff members seemed completely indifferent to customer satisfaction, making the entire situation even more exasperating. Their operating hours are extremely limited, only from 9 AM to 1 PM, and they ONLY offer same-day appointments. This seems like a strategy to keep your vehicle longer, racking up $10 per day for parking, along with a $45 fee for the appointment. It feels like an intentional setup to rip people off. The woman at the counter is extremely rude hiding behind a mirrored counter, and failed to inform me that they only accept cash. So I had to get an uber again to a bank to get cash right away so my appointment won't be wasted and my car being held for an additional $10 a day. After over two weeks of having my car, I was shocked to find scratches all over it, and even worse, they had left my doors open, resulting in a dead battery when I finally picked it up.
