Even after I showed them the email, they still refused to honor it. No apology, no effort to make it right. I ordered a create-your-own bag with snow crab, corn, eggs, potatoes, and sausage -- and thankfully, everything was in there. But my mom ordered the Atlantic bag, which is supposed to come with two pounds of crab legs. What she got were four broken pieces. When we brought it to their attention, they tried to argue with us, even after looking at the bag. After going back and forth for five minutes, the owner finally took the bag back, and then brought it back with 2 full clusters of crab. This isn't the first time we've had issues with takeout from here. It feels like something is always missing or off. After being loyal customers for years, we're disappointed and won't be returning. The food is good, but the service and inconsistency just aren't worth it anymore.
