During these sessions, Sammi did provide some guidance on how to break up eating through the day and ideas for what to eat, but nothing was unique or, frankly, worked. During our 45 minute sessions (which were not cheap), I felt she was continually looking at the clock, and between sessions we had no interaction -- she didn't check in to see how I was progressing. Ultimately, I didn't feel Sammi was the appropriate fit for me stylistically, nor did her strategy work for me. Results are what count. I have seen another nutritionist in NYC -- Arianna Hundt -- who was much more hands on in her approach, and I feel her eating and exercise plan worked for me.
