Other Plato's Closet locations I've been to have an organized check-in system, but this location just has you write your name and phone number on a sticky note--which clearly isn't working. It felt very disorganized from start to finish. On top of that, the store itself was extremely messy. Clothes were everywhere, and the overall cleanliness was very poor, which made the experience even more frustrating. Very disappointed with how this was handled. She chose to get smart with her when she asked for the key to get me a perfume. Stating I'm helping this customer ... Well the cashier who had the key originally was helping .me. Upon my aunt stating she is too the lady proceeded to look at my aunt with disdain and further attitude. Otherwise the other employees were kind, helpful, and the store had a variety of options. It's just crazy on both sides of the coin during holiday season and whereas she may have been tired or overworked we were all waiting in long lines feeling the exact same way.
