Sandy and company just opened this location up. They have made a name for themselves selling their fine kettle corn at fairs and rodeos for some time now, and have decided to move into a more permanent location. They JUST opened, so they have limited hours and the shop is still a work in progress. For example they don't have their signage up yet, as they are waiting for it to be finished and awaiting some permits before moving their kettles in.
For now you'll have to look for the sign of the old business out front, called Piece Of Cake.
But onto the Kettle corn, the cinnamon was very good, with Red Hots scattered within. It's not drowning in cinnamon so it's really good if you want to enjoy it without dying from the heat. A very nice mix of sweet and hot. We also got the Fruit Loops Kettle corn but haven't tried it yet. It's a interesting sounding mix of flavors as Sue described it to me and we are looking forward to checking it out.
Once they have their shop fully up and running, and hopefully open more than just a few days a week, they should do pretty good. The prices were really good, and the corn was yummy, so we're wishing you the best on your new venture! read more
