The sandwiches are decent, however, the deli only accepts cash. From a customer service standpoint that is just awful in 2021. They used to accept venmo, but I was told "they are trying to do away with venmo" although they allowed me to use it last time. The one star review is because of how ridiculous it is in 2021 to only accept cash. It is also a terrible policy from a business standpoint considering how many people as a rule don't even carry cash in 2021. I mostly stopped carrying cash long before the pandemic, but handling cash now is literally disgusting and could expose you to the virus. At least when they accepted venmo it was contactless, as are debit cards today. Also, the guy on the grill was cooking while wearing his mask on his chin and the staff seems very lax about this in general. Done with this place. TLDR: Having a cash only policy in 2021 simply puts up obstacles to customers who would otherwise be happy to give you their money and not worth my trouble to patronize. read more

Well, we came because of other Yelpers, but we will be back because of the yummy sandwiches!! Ordered a turkey club and a chicken club and both were outstanding! The bread, the bread, the bread! OMG ... fantastic bread. Which everyone knows - MAKES THE SANDWICH. They offer three sizes for three different size appetites. The chicken was cut up in small bits which was very nice and welcome. This was my first time here and I wont be back. First of all a 25 minute wait for a meatball sub is absolutely insane. Second, I nicely asked how much longer it might be to the young gentleman ringing me up and the cook snapped back at me "how much longer? are you kidding me?" and then continued to mock me to other customers that were waiting. This place is rude and classless. Its sad for a "local" place they treat other locals this way. The thing that makes this special is the soft bread and the cash only environment. I called ahead to order because I know it gets busy. I ordered an Italian with jalapeños. It was pretty basic. Not too much meat or cheese but certainly not lacking. And the price of $9 seemed expensive for what you're getting, but I guess everything is pricey in Jupiter. This Sandwich shop is the definition of the American Dream. Family owned and operated by none other than the nicest people I've come to know Mike and Julie. The food is fantastic and service is by far the best in the biz. My suggestions are the Hunter Hurley, The Pauly, or The Godfather. Make sure to bring Cash as they do not accept Credit Cards. Honestly I think it's kind of sleazy to have the same hours nearly the same menu and be in very close proximity to the to tequesta location when this owner had originally sold it to the new owner at the to tequesta location. I'm sure it's just as good as the other. Because it's literally the same stuff, the only difference to tequesta is that tequesta makes everything fresh everyday including slicing fresh boarshead meats and gourmet cheeses. And I know it. It's also kind of immoral to be handing out flyers advertising for jupiter in The same plaza as tequesta to try and steal some business, when the construction at the plaza is already hurting all the businesses in that plaza. As far as mike's food goes, I'm unimpressed, it lacks the flavor aroma and love that Ken at Rinaldis Tequesta has taught his cooks and learned himself from testing throughout the years. read more

Rinaldis has great sandwiches!! Good prices and good portions. Breakfast and lunch options are prepared quickly and with care. Friendly family deli atmosphere. Great for office lunches, picnic at the beach, catering your event or just grabbing a bite running around. Lots of quality meats, cheeses and fresh breads to chose from. Be watchful of your turn off Tony Penna as it comes up quickly. Parking space is limited but there are adjacent lots also. There is a quaint and clean dining area with a few tables but I think most people carry out here. Enjoy! read more

we had placed an order for pick up via phone earlier this afternoon. two breakfast sandwiches. we were quoted 25-35 minutes for the order to be ready to be picked up. 10 minutes later we realized we had asked for the wrong bagel. we called back politely and asked if they could switch out the sandwich onto a different bagel. the young lady who answered the phone had absolutely no customer service. she simply replied "no they're already made and wrapped"... to which we asked if there was anyway to just unwrap and swap the eggs and cheese onto the bagel we wanted. blatantly she said "no" with an attitude like she couldn't give a crap and didn't want to be at her job or have any human interaction. we were totally taken off guard , as both my boyfriend and i have worked in the service industry for over 10 years , and know that it's pretty unacceptable to tell a customer that it's too bad that they can't help us. in your mission statement on yelp you quote you specialize in "having fantastic customer service and making sure everything is exactly how the customer wants it" out of courtesy my boyfriend asked if we could just get another bagel so we could swap it ourselves. the worker agreed and said she'd charge us $2 for an extra bagel. at this point, i was so irritated that this rinaldis was so against accommodating a simple fix. especially being in a pandemic, you guys should really take the extra step to assure that you have customer satisfaction. maybe i'm biased, but i really don't think switching the bagel was worth pissing off your customers and losing business. we both spend our jobs assuring satisfaction and seamless customer service daily , and we were trying to support a smaller business when times are tough due to covid. there really is no excuse for the way that went down. we will absolutely not go back or support them. read more
