I was told by Uttermost that I would have to buy a new mirror! I thought I was going to have to "junk" the expensive mirror that I'd really gotten attached to at the end of our dining room. Rudolf and Bruno took about five minutes looking at the mirror, its backing and frame. I could see the wheels turning in their heads to find a solution, and find a solution they did! Hallelujah! I thought it would require welding but they came up with another creative and super sturdy option. They charge their customers 11k for a STAPLED fence in an extremely windy area!! I know nothing about fencing but I do know you shouldn't use staples! They put two sides up and the very next day the one side had fallen over ( yes the neighbors dog jump on the fence.) They did come out and "fix it" with MORE staples and stated if he needed to come back out he would charge me more money! As time went on the other side of the yard's fence (where there are NO dogs) has completely fallen down in less than a year! You DO NOT build a fence with STAPLES!!! His business is only bonded for 2k. He is charging 5k plus per side of the yard and is using STAPLES. I just had my parents and boyfriend fix his mess!!!

He worked with me to get the price on budget and advised on ways to save money/spend elsewhere. He had a lot of experience so the help was appreciated and needed. He is a wealth of information and spent a lot of time with us on this part. He's not an in and out in an half hour company. NX Level helped me get my HOA paperwork together and did some mock ups to supply. They also photocopied brochures and information on colors/styles so the HOA wouldn't come back to me with more questions. The day before the job Craig and I picked up all the plants from the nursery so those could be set where I wanted them. The team thorough with measuring, spray painting locations and details so location was important for my vision. The team worked very hard on my project, and paid attention to detail on my pavers. They were able to lay 2 types (front and back yard) and 2 colors in the backyard (Holland style). They planted many trees and shrubs, and set up the irrigation on multiple valves to ensure even watering and hopefully a long life for my plants! They laid turf, which is perfectly flat and stretched. They built a step up patio, and included under step lighting, tree lighting and walkway lighting. Thanks to Craig, his son Braxton, Armando, Ramon and team I now have a sanctuary backyard to enjoy. 1000% would recommend them. Finally, they don't just do the job, they make sure it's done right and they make sure the client is happy (me). They fixed a few things I didn't like so now I truly love everything.
