Rudolf and Bruno took about five minutes looking at the mirror, its backing and frame. I could see the wheels turning in their heads to find a solution, and find a solution they did! Hallelujah! I thought it would require welding but they came up with another creative and super sturdy option. I was very happy with their professionalism, friendliness, efficiency and pricing and would not hesitate to call on them again for almost any other house project.

They charge their customers 11k for a STAPLED fence in an extremely windy area!! I know nothing about fencing but I do know you shouldn't use staples! They put two sides up and the very next day the one side had fallen over ( yes the neighbors dog jump on the fence.) They did come out and "fix it" with MORE staples and stated if he needed to come back out he would charge me more money! As time went on the other side of the yard's fence (where there are NO dogs) has completely fallen down in less than a year! You DO NOT build a fence with STAPLES!!! His business is only bonded for 2k. He is charging 5k plus per side of the yard and is using STAPLES. I just had my parents and boyfriend fix his mess!!!

After leaving and returning with two more workers and a saw, they learned the bed could actually be moved without being cut apart. In the end, the bed was successfully carried down the stairs, proving it did not need to be destroyed as they initially claimed. I waited all day for the appointment, only to be told conflicting information and pressured into paying significantly more than the quoted price. The lack of communication, inaccurate assessment, and failure to honor the original quote made for a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company if pricing transparency and reliability are important to you.

They also photocopied brochures and information on colors/styles so the HOA wouldn't come back to me with more questions. The day before the job Craig and I picked up all the plants from the nursery so those could be set where I wanted them. The team thorough with measuring, spray painting locations and details so location was important for my vision. The team worked very hard on my project, and paid attention to detail on my pavers. They were able to lay 2 types (front and back yard) and 2 colors in the backyard (Holland style). They planted many trees and shrubs, and set up the irrigation on multiple valves to ensure even watering and hopefully a long life for my plants! They laid turf, which is perfectly flat and stretched. They built a step up patio, and included under step lighting, tree lighting and walkway lighting. Thanks to Craig, his son Braxton, Armando, Ramon and team I now have a sanctuary backyard to enjoy. 1000% would recommend them. I think people may not know this hidden gem exists, as it is in a shopping center rather than a stand-alone store with big name recognition. The prices are phenomenal, especially the books. I can load up on a ton of books for our Little Free Library and not spend too much. I recently visited and I'm not a fan of how the clothing has been re-arranged. They used to have men's, women's, and children's and now the kids clothing is divvied up into the men's and women's section. If you're a thrifter looking for a good deal, give this store a chance.

If i could give more stars I would. Great customer service on the phone and in person as well. I needed an old couch and huge, heavy old Sony trinitron tv hauled away. When Bekins moved these items into my apartment they did nothing but complain about how heavy they were. I was told I would have a pickup time of 11:00 to 11:30. They came right on time at exactly 11:00. Josh and Zach were great. They couldn't have been more nice and had no issues with the weight of my items. Such a different experience from what i had to deal with the Bekins movers. They said you will never hear us complain about anything. Such nice and polite guys!!! I will definitely use them again if i have need for more junk removal. Highly recommend and will definitely let people know how good they are. Payment was exactly as quoted on the phone. This is my 3rd time using Junkman and as in the past continue to make the 5-star rating. Aviel and Brandon were AWESOME. On time as scheduled called let me know they were in route. Extremely professional and very courteous. Again, they handed the items with care as some are hard to part with. I was very pleased with the entire process. Needed to have a queen mattress set and low profile platform removed from my garage. I filled out the online form with my information late in the afternoon and received a return call within 5-8 minutes! The gentleman on the phone was very professional and courteous. He advised that he could take care of pick up the very next day! The quote I received was what I paid. Awesome job by one who answered my call about getting quote and time expected to get junk hauled off at house used to belong to my aunt. She gave me a quote over the phone for truck load and if it takes more than one truck load. Justin and his partner was able to come same day and took 2 full loads and made sure they only hauled off what we wanted to get rid of and made sure if we changed our mine if we wanted to keep something they put it where we wanted. Every person with this company was great to work with. They were helpful, respectful and friendly. It was an extremely tough job to remove a very large built in refrigerator. We had it disconnected, pulled out and ready to go, but it was a beast to handle and they figured it out without causing any damage and were able to complete the job the same day I called. I had an urgent situation because another local junk removal company rescheduled on me twice and then text me 15 min after they were supposed to show up and said we will not be able to do the job. Junkman came out to help when we needed an emergency clean out of a police evacuated property. They gave regular updates on expected arrival time, were courteous and patient while waiting for ok from police to enter, and then made fast work of getting the job done. They worked in the dark with flashlights as there was no power. I was unfortunately there with my two young children in the car and the two men, Sergio and John, even secured the door for me when finished and waited for me to get the little ones buckled so I could leave at the same time and not be alone. Had some junk that was too big for normal trash pickup. Called for a pickup online and was contacted same day. Dennis & Matt were my guys in the truck. They communicated their arrival time very well on day of pickup. Very friendly and professional. I pointed to the pile and they got to work loading it up. They did a very good job stacking it into their truck which made my final cost less than the original estimate. Whole process for my junk took no more than 10 minutes. Service was great and very friendly. There were absolutely no issues with setting up and pick up the rental dumpster. Delivery and pick up were as planned and on time. They have courtesy calls to let you know when they're on their way to your house. I appreciated that. The driver was very professional, he dropped the dumpster in my driveway exactly where I needed it and then and picked it up without a scratch on the driveway. We've used the JunkMan service three times and are pleased with the service. They will cart off a little bit of junk or a ton. The fellows who do the carting and stacking are invariably polite and friendly and very fast. We both have small cars which makes hauling anything difficult, but JunkMan is so easy to contact and very reasonably priced. This company makes cleaning the garage a lot less painful. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. It's so worth the cost, which all three times was less than $200, and though cleaning the garage is never fun, JunkMan service is invaluable. read more

I had to remove an outdoor spa/jacuzzi, I got in contact with Lou, get an estimate from Kama the next day and the JunkMan crew came and got it done in almost half a day, the removal and filling in the empty whole. Emailed and within the hour had a email and a call that was regarding the project that I was planning for the the next day. When they said between 1 and 2 they called and was on time. Both of the workers were very personable and walked with me what I wanted. Very friendly and was done with in 30 minutes. OMG what take me a day of moving and taking things out the the front of house these guys were clean fast and professional. MOST OF ALL HONEST, I estimated on the load and ended up being a $100 lower. These guys we just wonderful. I called because I was cleaning out my brother's house after he had passed. The amount of stuff that needed to be hauled away became daunting. I called Junkman.
