They were efficient and tidy. The gentleman whom I called initially even took time out from his bowling game to pick up the phone! That's dedication. Setting up the service was easy; it probably took less than 60 seconds. The Pick-Up Artist's crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were super polite. They also must have performed some witchcraft on my lawn because there's no way all my junk fit on their tiny little truck, but when they pulled away a short time later the house looked like nothing had ever happened. The communication is great and they arrive promptly at the scheduled time. You can send photos of what you're trying to get rid of to get a quick & accurate quote. The truck has plenty of space - they even asked if I needed to get rid of anything else (even though it wasn't in the photo) of course the extras weren't multiple appliances, but the every day things you could leave out for bulk trash and they took it all. After leaving and returning with two more workers and a saw, they learned the bed could actually be moved without being cut apart. In the end, the bed was successfully carried down the stairs, proving it did not need to be destroyed as they initially claimed. I waited all day for the appointment, only to be told conflicting information and pressured into paying significantly more than the quoted price. The lack of communication, inaccurate assessment, and failure to honor the original quote made for a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company if pricing transparency and reliability are important to you.
