I talked to them (Rider) on a Sunday and they fit me in the next day, knowing that I had to be out of the house the next day. The lack of communication, inaccurate assessment, and failure to honor the original quote made for a very disappointing experience. You throw your waste on the ground and it is great for dump trailers. Some transfer stations have you through your trash in the actual trailer which is a pain due to having to throw the garbage or waste over rails.
