Fire Restoration Services…read more I had a small kitchen fire and wanted to procure fire restoration services to take care of any soot and smoke damage. Any visible damage was mostly contained within kitchen area. I looked up local companies on Yelp and decided to get a free quote from Independent Restoration Services. They came out the next day to check out the place, provided a quote within a few hours, and were then able to start the next day after obtaining work authorization. I placed my trust in them based on their reviews across Yelp, Google, and FB. At first I was a bet skeptical due to only one person making it out on the first day, which was due to a combination of scheduling issues , others being called onto different sites/projects, and overall just being a small team. But in the end they still finished on schedule as initially estimated, despite having less manpower than I had expected. They were thorough with the restoration - my place was just as clean as before, and in some places even cleaner. They kept me assured throughout the whole process and answered any questions and concerns I had. There was a misunderstanding on my end where I thought they would also clean the air ducts, but since that is not something they provide, they offered to go 50/50 on subcontracting a duct cleaner. And at the end, they agreed the initial quoted estimated cost seemed a bit too high, so they were willing to adjust the final bill downwards. Overall they provided quality cleaning and restoration services, were flexible to work with, and did not seem like they were out to get my money. I hope I'll never need them again, but I can recommend them for anyone who needs fire restoration services. Thank you Charlie, Miguel, Brandon, Billy, Batt/Edgar, and Christoph.

Their work was professional, respectful, and thorough. Miguel was honest, trustworthy, and responsive--exactly what you need in a service business. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR BELONGINGS…read more They were brought in by Allstate, they did an ok job actually cleaning and drying out the house after a water leak, besides having to come back multiple times because their guys didn't remove walls that Pierre had clearly marked for removal. The closet systems that had no damage from the flood, they were damaged after eclipse did the work. now I have to fight Allstate to get them covered. They brought in a company, a friend of the owners, to pack up my furniture and store it. "BUST A MOVE" was the name of that company. Well after not hearing from that company for 1.5 months I called to see what was going on with my belongings. Cole, tells me he discarded me furniture, he told me he has a note from me saying he could throw away my belongings. He gave me a specific date even, January 27th, I did not ever give him permission. So after telling him to send that note to me immediately he confessed he was lying. After calling eclipse and speaking to Piere, by text, he told me they would correct everything. Now it's September and Cole is MIA, I can't even find BUST A MOVE anywhere, and I'm still without my furniture. I would look somewhere else. As a matter of fact my Allstate adjuster denied they sent them to my house. With copies of my conversation with both Allstate and eclipse I was able to prove it was a company sent by Allstate. But looks like Allstate wants to put space between their company and eclipse. If you want trouble, hire eclipse.
