This company is originally based in Orange County and has since expanded to Las Vegas and Utah. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Luis and Jessica were responsive and very helpful throughout the process. They were able to move our appointment a day ahead per my request when someone cancelled. That makes our move a lot easier. The installation team, led by Mike, was friendly, professional, and efficient. They arrived around 7:30 am and got straight to work. After the base layers were completed, they allowed about two hours of drying time before applying the clear coat, and everything was finished by approximately 3:45 pm. Since our garage is brand new, there was minimal prep work needed and no crack repairs required. We followed their recommendation and allowed the floor to fully cure for three days before parking our cars. The final result looks amazing, and we could not be happier with the outcome. After getting three ridiculously expensive quotes from other companies and feeling frustrated, I told Raphael from Brillo Restoration that our budget was a certain amount and that he shouldn't waste his time to come over and do an estimate. He said it was actually possible to meet our budget but he would have to send Markitos over to do an estimate. Markitos gave us a great affordable price to paint our tub and tiles white and he was super nice. It took him 8 hours one day and he came back the second day to do some caulking. Even though he set up a huge industrial fan, the smell was very strong and we had to let it air out for a week before the smell disappeared. The tub and tiles look fabulous and I love the results! Raphael was also very responsive and kept emphasizing to reach out to him for any questions or issues. Highly recommend them for refinishing!
