The owner Chris asked for a pic and specs of the unit, then promptly sent me a reasonable estimate; we set up a time via text. JDR confirmed our appointment the day before which I appreciated. Chris and his associate Mike showed up a bit early (great!) and did a wonderful job on what turned out to be a complicated task. It took a lot of maneuvering to get the old unit disassembled and removed, but the guys worked diligently and got it done. Since I hadn't been able to clean behind the old unit for over 20 years you can well imagine the huge dust bunnies left behind! Mike was nice enough to sweep that up without my asking, excellent service all around. So if you need stuff removed, skip the costly national franchises and call the nice local guys at Junk Done Right. I'm glad I did.

Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed.

The same contractor was planning on taking all the broken sheetrock and studs with them, but I also have a bunch of stuff I wanted to get rid of all at once. I called Nick around 11AM, and he informed me he can get a crew with a truck over by 3PM if everything was ready to be taken away. I knew the price Nick gave me was a little higher, but it was a premium I was willing to pay to expedite the entire ordeal and get it done professional. Needless to say, my entire driveway that was lined up with garbage was cleaned up super fast. Will definitely consider Dimola Bros for future needs.

Punctual, friendly, strong, knowledgeable, fast, clean, you name it--professional in every way.
