Saturday morning they contacted me to relay the pick-up prior to mine turned out to be more than expected and they would be a bit late. I've gotta give it to them, they called 3 times. My phone was on silent so they wanted to make sure the new arrival time was okay. And in the end, they arrived earlier then that. They came in, wore masks, and made quick work of removing my couch. Workers will direct you to specific bins depending on what type of garbage you're bringing in, but they do have dedicated areas for recycling different items. They don't take "construction materials" like pink insulation, as only the facility in White Marsh will take that. So much for convenience.
