I tried Junction On 70 for the first time today, though my Dad has been raving about the place for the past 6 months. I thought the food was decent (a solid 3.5) but I am rounding up because of the charming yet casual atmosphere and the friendly service. I ordered a chicken caesar wrap with house-made chips. The wrap was warm and pleasantly cheesy, though I think they use dark meat chicken which would not have been my preference. The chips were the right thickness with a bit of crunch and paired nicely with their ranch dressing. My dad ordered their cheesesteak which he actually found to be really dry - personally I think some mayo would have helped. Both my mom and brother ordered burgers and they loved them - good flavor and juicy. The prices were good at less than $9 per meal. The atmosphere is inviting and our server was very personable. My only complaint service-wise was that it took a while for her to make the rounds and this was especially true toward the end of our meal when we were ready to pay. Also, the women's restroom was completely out of toilet paper, which should have been checked prior to the lunch rush. I'm probably not going to keep this place in the regular rotation, but I'd happily come to Junction On 70 again should a friend or family member suggest it. read more

Amazing customer service and good food! From entrance to exit, I had a wonderful experience. The establishment is very rustic and beautiful, with a local vibe. I had calamari, chicken pesto panini, and tried the chicken Alfredo off of my sister's plate Prices are super reasonable - for 3 people during lunch, it was around $35. The chicken on my panini was just a tad dry, but the ranch dip that came with the house chips made everything quite all right (that ranch was sooo good). Definitely recommend trying and I will return if I'm in town again. I wish I knew the name of our female server today so I could shout her out, she was the sweetest! Best pizza in the Mebane area we've had so far with a wide variety of other options on the menu too! The service was great and our server was very personable (it was a couple of weeks ago and I wish I remembered his name)! My husband and I order the house salad and wings to start. We were able to try two different sauces and both were so good! We tried the Angry Buffalo and mango habanero, both had some heat but delicious! On this occasion our server Caitlin introduced me to the Carolina style bacon burger with chili and slaw that was the right amount of backyard barbecue and just plain goodness. Then it was served with fries & a sample of the onion rings and then a side order of their (Grown Up) Mac & Cheese that was prepared by Jose in the kitchen, and let me say, it did not disappoint. This is a gem in the heart of downtown Mebane. Truly, I have never had a bad meal here and continually find myself pulling up their menu to grab a quick dinner. Their staff is always pleasant, smiling, and it just feels un-stressful. I have ordered their strombolis, burgers, and pizza with all of them exceeding my expectations! So me and my wife can't to the restaurant about 6 months ago. We were seated and after about 10-15 minutes we got up and left. Never were greeted by a waitress or anyone. We saw several staff but no-one for us. Well we decided to give them another chance. We were told by friends that it was probably a bad night and we should try them out again. Well, we walked in and were greeted by the hostess within a minute or two. Well after we were seated we observed about three waitresses and after 13 minutes we got up and left again. Junction is delicious. Got a to go order to bring back to work (I'm from out of town.) I got the Bacon Mushroom Swiss Burger and my coworker got the burger with chipotle mayo and fried jalapeños (blanking on the name right now) but both were delicious. They do not skimp you on the bacon, either. If anything they give you lots of bacon on your burger especially for the price. The buns were really yummy. These burgers are on par with pricing of other similar restaurants so it's not overly expensive. Very good burger, would recommend to friends and family. read more

It has a little patio for social distancing no inside seating right now due to keeping their employees healthy they have good prices on beer and we had the pile of chips which had a ton of toppings on it. They came out hot and the beer was cold. read more

Overall, it depends on what you order. Been there a few times, most recently a couple of weeks ago for a working lunch meeting. This time I had the Greek salad. Pretty good. Service is always good. They are known for their burgers which have never disappointed. The one item to stay away from are their wings. Their wings are breaded which would get you run out of upstate NY the home of the original buffalo wings. Got them on the visit before last because we were running late and had wanted wings. On a previous visit a while back we had noticed them on the menu and that they were breaded. We asked if they could be done without the breading and were told yes. When we went to get the wings were told no. How can you not do that? It would be cheaper and more cost effective for the restaurant. Anyway, if you want a good burger, definite a place to go. If you want breaded wings go to Golden Corral and at least you can get the whole buffet for the same price. read more
