After working with them multiple times to arrange delivery, I finally requested a full refund. The refund was not processed properly. Instead, they issued partial refunds over several months: $1,000 in December $609.10 in December $500 in January After four months, $500 was still missing. I opened a $500 chargeback with my bank, and only then did the final refund suddenly appear. After the chargeback, they began sending legal threats and demanding payment via wire or Zelle instead of working through the normal card processor. Overall: no shipment, months of delays, fragmented refunds, and aggressive payment tactics. I would not recommend doing business here.

She's performed at a venue before the pandemic and now she's performed online. This has given her so much more confidence. It is such a delight to hear her play and I know she enjoys it because I never made her. I know however, that some parents expect a certain measure of practical piano progress in their children and if you're looking for that, Michelle is great! She works with kids to help them practice on their own and assigns light homework to keep them directed. Michelle offers online instruction and also in-home instruction but with very strict infection control regulations. She is very cautious and cares about not spreading disease. Two years on, and I couldn't be happier with Mr. Goran's impact. Sure, my daughter's still a bit shy on stage, but behind the scenes, her progress is something to behold. She's heading to high school soon and even talking about auditions for the advanced orchestra - all thanks to Mr. Goran's attention and encouragement.
