Since our son has been enrolled, we have noticed a huge difference in his vocabulary. He is so talkative and expressive, and I believe that LHP has had a huge influence on that. Our son looks forward to playing with his friends every day. It can be stressful to find a childcare provider that you feel comfortable with and trust leaving your child with, I can say that while our son is at LHP, I know he is cared for and learning! We sadly are switching schools because of the commute. If it not for the commute, we would stay for sure. We will miss LHP and thank Reena and her staff for caring for our son so deeply.

As new parents during this pandemic, we were very apprehensive regarding the idea of a preschool…read morefor our baby daughter. All our worries and concerns completely disappeared once we came across Learning House Preschool (LHP) in Round Rock at the referral of a coworker's family. Miss Reena has a 25 year experience in taking care of children from infancy through the pre-school years, and it shows. From our very first interaction we felt safe in the knowledge that our daughter will be in good hands in a healthy, safe, and structured environment conducive to learning and development, not just a "parking lot" for babies during the workday. We were given an after-hours, thorough tour of the facilities prior to enrolling, and we were impressed by the meticulous care with which everything is done, from the Montessori/Phonics methods of learning for all children, to the great variety of play/learning stations, the various activities offered, and the seemingly odd conviction (from a business perspective) to choose a smaller number of children receiving exceptional care and education over a larger number of children without this personalized attention. We have seen enormous changes in our daughter's development in less than two months, with much greater independence in play, improved confidence in exploring the world around her under supervision, as well as practical improvements such as sleep and eating, and we can directly attribute every single improvement to the tireless work of Miss Reena. Although there are no "fancy" offerings such as video surveillance and smartphone apps, parents of both infants and toddlers have open lines of communication in realtime via WhatsApp channels, and a daily personalized report during drop-off and pick-up to address any issues/concerns and offer invaluable advice on everything childcare-related. We have seen from other parents that they completely trust LHP with their children for all their formative toddlerhood and preschool years, and although our daughter is not old enough for the complete learning experience yet, we can definitely understand the strong bond parents and babies feel to LHP. Honesty, transparency, constant feedback, and an overall safe and loving environment made LHP the right choice for us, and we are looking forward to the next months and years of seeing our baby growing, socializing, learning, and getting ready for school!

We took a brief stint away during "Covid Times" but started back at the beginning of kindergarten. It has been an extremely positive experience. We found the few issues we've raised over the years have been taken seriously and handled professionally. Ms. Janice, Ms. Kat, and Ms. Diana have been fantastic - even when I'd forgotten to let them know my daughter wouldn't be on the after-school bus. They are extraordinarily kind, quick-witted and a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis. Our daughter's teachers, from Ms Joanna when she was an infant - to Ms Zee, once she hit elementry school -have taken care of our kid like she was one of their own. Every teacher and administrator that our daughter has come in contact with has kept a gentle sense of humor when confronted with our daughter's awe-inspiring imagination. We've been very fortunate to find a place that lets our kid be herself. If you are in the market for childcare - this is an excellent place to stash your kid for the day or after-school. Five - very enthusiastic - stars.

So you won't get any of your concerns properly heard or addressed. I never had such bad experience or felt abused/ignored with any Daycare/School in the past as I felt with TLE Georgetown. I had to send my daughter there because of the proximity from where I live. But I would say driving a lit longer and have your kids in a safe school with management/owner who sincerely value their customers is well invested and worth it. That being said, still I am giving that place one star while it deserves none, only because of Catarina, the admission coordinator. She is the sweetest person ever.

f you are considering sending your children to Primrose School of Round Rock North - stop reading…read morethis now and run over there.....GO!!!! This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! When our family first came here we were hesitant because of a previous daycare experience - little did we know this is not your typical daycare, this is school!! I'm not big on reviews but I love this place so let me paint you a picture. This is by far not my first rodeo with childcare, with 6 kids ranging from 2-17. I can say unequivocally this is the BEST childcare facility ANY of my children have attended! All childcare facilities have a little bit of turnover but for the most part my childen remained with the same teachers in their respective classrooms until they moved onto the next. Need more painting? Well, their infant room is outstanding! When we started one of our boys in their infant room we were so impressed with the care and attention he received. Everything was clean, they allowed him playtime but also with a hint of learning and development even at that young age. When he moved up to the next classroom, boy was that fun. Again, they cared about him (and babied him quite a bit but its okay lol). Onto my other son, when he started at age 2, they taught him potty training and just told us what to do (yes, parents of 6 kids sometimes even need pointers too...thanks Mrs. Kayla!). She LOVEDDD our son soooo much, that when he matriculated to the next class she even would go visit him just to say hi. His next teachers, Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Candace were spectacular! I watched him turn into a little Einstein, sometimes looking at him like "wait you knew that?". I don't want to leave any teachers out because they are all amazing. His 4 year old class before leaving, oh man, they are the real MVPs. Our kids are not always the little angels we think they are, but they still loved on him and redirected him with care! Times where our kids were sick, they checked on them. Oh, they also have COOKIE FRIDAY where they sugar up our babies and send them home to us as we pull our hair out lol, but seriously its such a nice gesture and something the kids looked forward to! Remember our kids are at daycare more hours in a day than they are at home with us - if you want peace of mind, get here ASAP! We only left due to moving - I would've left my kids here til middle school if it was an option (yes, we love them that much). Mrs. Kim, Mrs. Jackie, Mrs. Kayla, and Mrs. Alyssia - the admin staff are absolute gems! If you made it this far in my lengthy review, you probably lost a spot for your kiddo by now. I told you to run :)

She had amazing teachers who were loving, dedicated, and communicative with us so we could be on the same page and practice similar learning topics at home. You won't regret signing your child up to join this school!

Our son Benjamin has been a student here, and the growth we've watched in him during his time at ACA has been incredible. The teachers and staff didn't just teach Benjamin important skills like potty training and using utensils on his own -- they did it with so much patience and care that he hit these milestones happily and confidently. As a parent, watching your child grow through these big "firsts" is special, and we always felt like ACA's team was as invested in those moments as we were. What really sets this school apart is the sense of family. From the teachers to the entire staff, everyone made us feel like we belonged to a community, not just a daycare. Benjamin was loved and cared for every single day, and that kind of warmth is hard to find. If you're considering ACA for your child, don't hesitate. We are beyond grateful for everything this school has done for Benjamin and our family, and we'll carry these memories with us wherever we go. Thank you, ACA -- you'll always have a piece of our hearts.
