Once I said something about it she then got up got loud and defensive and decided to go back and fourth about the situation, brought other parents into the conversation, etc. She contacted me 2 days later 30 mins before practice through text message letting me know my daughter was kicked off the team instead of saying that to me the whole hr she went back and fourth with me in person at the gym. I raised over $600 for fundraising. The money was never credited to my account and she refuses to refund it. The practice wear we paid for was hand me downs from years ago. We pay choreography fees and had a choreographer one time. Us and several other teams received last place every competition. All the effort is put into Godspeed so if you're not on that team good luck. Other teams that received first only received that place because they didn't have any competitors. D'Ann (the owner) favorite thing to say is that she's the owner like nobody knows. Humble yourself ma'am. She also shows favoritism to all the kids that she coached their parents. So if she didn't coach you don't take your child here or you're not going to be treated equally. Safety is a last priority in this place. Skills don't matter when it comes to team. Your child can backhand spring and be on a team with someone who can't cartwheel.

They do offer tumbling classes even if you aren't on a cheer team and the pricing is very competitive with local gyms. As far as the cheer teams you have to try out around April for the season that runs the entire next basically school year so if you miss that you pretty much have that year to get ready for tryouts for the next year. I hate to give 4 stars BUT I know, or I hope, that I will get to write an update For 5 stars when they move to their NEW location in Hutto behind the Lowes. So... the 4 stars, the viewing area and entry area are so small, there are SO many kids and parents that all arrive at the same time and it's our chaos. The kids for safety reasons need to wait until their class starts to go into the gym so it's very tight, especially when one class is letting out while the other is waiting to go in. But truly has nothing to do with the quality of the program it's just a pain. There are some people that I see even bring their own chairs just so they have a place to sit. But as I stated there is a new location in the works I'm sure they have a grand plan for this issue and I look forward to updating my review when we move to their big beautiful new gym. My other reasons for 4 stars would just be the inconsistencies in the coaching staff. It seems like there are new coaches in the tumbling class every week and my daughter has to explain she knows how to do something each week so she doesn't regress. She's small so they assume she can't do something, so at water break I have to tell her to tell them to let her do it. There are a few coaches that go well above and beyond though and remember every single girl and they must have 1000 girls there. Natalie, Paige, Tour, Chamie, Bella, so many favorites.... One I feel so bad I don't know her name but she's a huge advocate for my kids to get pushed and moved into new levels. They also offer private lessons with their coaches so if your kid needs extra help with tumbling, flying skills etc the rates are very fair for that as well.

It was such a waste of time and money. The teacher has no plan and is just on her phone most of the time. For literally an hour and a half. And it's more expensive to have this girl just sit around with ur kids and be on her phone and try a couple things every now and then. The other focus class my daughter took was better but I just don't feel like she's learning much. Anytime my kids took gymnastics they learned this stuff a lot faster. Same with dance. Idk we probably won't be doing it much longer. The older classes seem better the classes my kid took were 8and under I think

Tiny tots is for toddlers with minimal to no gymnastics experience, however, everyone in the class appeared to have quite a bit of experience for their age. 2. I notified MG that it wasn't the right fit after one class and requested a refund. No refunds are given but they tried to be accommodating and get us into another class. Unfortunately we couldn't make it due to scheduling conflicts. 3. It would be awesome if MG allowed one drop in class before committing to a whole month. 4. The instructors were nice, I just felt that it wasn't the right fit for my kid's age and experience level. 5. At the end of the class, the instructor handed out candy suckers. I was a little surprised that parents weren't asked first. Why not fun stickers instead? I wish MG would have worked out for us! I was really excited about the class. MG tried to accommodate our schedule, but it didn't work out. I let them know the class wasn't a good fit the night of the first class and unfortunately I didn't get a refund so we probably won't be back again.

When comes dance recital and competition season due to both my girls being on the company teams I praise Ms. Karen's decision to keep the girls costumes modest for their age groups. After hearing about their day and talking to Tammy, the owner, I am not sending them back. According to the camp description they were supposed to be cheering, tumbling, dancing, and learning motions. Well the day went like this....We arrived at 8 as it stated online and in the email....just to find out that they don't start until 9. The girls played some sort of name game, did stretching, and then had the first of many "free times". During the hours of free time the coaches were playing on their phones for extended amounts of time. Most campers also brought their phones and watched shows/played games. They did do 1 cheer and said "Go Cheetahs" 5 times as they clapped. Wow...impressive. No designated snack time with a camp from 8-5:30????? So I showed up at 5 just to see how it was going only to find my daughter and her friend waiting in the lobby with lunch bags and water bottles in hand ready to go. All other campers were gone. I walked into get them and they walked out....NO SUPERVISION of any sort...nobody even knew they left. After calling Tammy the owner to discuss my concerns she informs me that she has NEVER HAD ONE COMPLAINT.....BS. She said her coaches are allowed to use their phones for emergencies.....HMMMMM Their were NO emergencies today, yet they were on their phones not interacting with the campers. She also told me that Mondays are usually slow bc the kids are tired from the weekend and they don't want to wear them out. I'm sorry.....what was I paying for??? After me explaining all of this to her and how disappointed I was and that the girls would not be back for the remaining 4 days of camp, she refused to refund my money. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? So disappointed and would never recommend ATC to anyone.
