I've also attended several tours when searching for a suitable school and only considered the highest rated ones in my area each time. Please understand that my son and I had a wonderful experience at each school. That being said, Primrose has exceeded all expectations and impresses me beyond words. I cannot begin to describe how incredibly thankful I am for my son to be able to attend this school. The administrative staff, Kortnee, Juli, and Michelle, are absolutely wonderful to interact and coordinate with. The communication here is impeccable. Any incident or concern is immediately addressed with a phone call. They are prompt to respond to messages through the app or email as well as discussing any matters in person. Each day we are greeted by name with a welcoming smile and a "good morning" or a sweet "goodbye". Each staff member fosters a relationship with every child to a point that makes me wonder how they're able to retain such quality, personal knowledge of every single child. She speaks to the children with respect and understanding and helps guide them into thinking with moral and logical reasoning. Ms. Monte does not limit her responsibilities to academic education, she also forms their character by modeling how every human should act. If every teacher were like her, then I know for a fact future generations would thrive and redefine societal standards. He, too, always has a bright smile on his face and tells me how my son's day went with detailed knowledge and a cheerful demeanor. His written notes and personal interactions show recognition to my son's progress which increases his confidence and encourages him to pursue new challenges. I try to keep questions open-ended to allow my son to think and elaborate on the details and regardless, he always replies with "I don't know" or, when asked what he learned, he responds with "nothing". This is the only school that has caused him to talk about his day without me even having to ask. Not only that, but he also excitedly and proudly tells me about what he learned that day. We talk about his social interactions, his education, his thoughts and feelings, and whatever else he feels is worth mentioning. I absolutely love hearing all of it and it pleases me to know how much he genuinely enjoys attending this school. As a mother, I couldn't ask for anything more than this school already provides. The teachers here are very loving, and they are true role models that you would want your children to be around with. I can see that my child has better manners after she enrolled. The school operates normal hours from 9-2 pm, M-F. with early extended hours at 8:00 am. You may also come in for MWF or TTH. It is unfortunate that they do not have extended hours after 2 pm. The classes are very structured, but they are more focused on the breadth of knowledge than depth. Also be aware that if you enroll M-F, some of the classes may be duplicated for your children as they planned lectures to ensure everyone had a chance to participate. I think it might be a good idea to not enroll M-F and choose MWF or TTH. The only thing that I would ever ask for improvement is the extended hours and no food heating for children's lunch.

Since my kids have been at Stepping Stone, I have grown to not only trust Stepping Stone's faculty and staff... I absolutely adore them! I love how often they send me pictures throughout the day and how happy my littles are when coming home. I don't at all feel like I'm doing my kids some type of injustice by going to daycare, instead, I feel like the diversity in this environment is enriching their childhood more than I could be at home while trying to work.
