In addition, due to Chinese New Year, I needed the house cleaned the next day, which they worked out a time slot to do for me (Christopher responded within 1/2 hour and right after I was about to sign with another company). The women made every effort to make sure the areas I needed cleaning were scrubbed and wiped of dust, dirt, and grime. They wiped the window blinds, the exterior of cabinets, refrigerator and oven, and they mopped the floors and corners clean. Blanca checked with me to make sure I was satisfied or if I had more concerns (after they cleaned each area) = total of 2 hours. There was a spot they did not dust or mop upstairs, but I let it go because they wiped and cleaned other areas I did not ask for. The only question I have is "Where is my swifter?" because it disappeared from the restroom. Also, I would prefer they empty dirty water from the living room floor into the toilet and not my kitchen sink and they should not refill their bucket to wipe the floor by use of the kitchen sink. There is a faucet and hose outside the front door to refill their bucket and a grate on the street to empty out dirty water, so using my kitchen sink was not appreciated. The reason the review has 5 stars is because Christopher acquiesced my request and charged me days after my Lunar New Year, which I'm truly grateful for, and he gave me a discount as a first time client. That's great business ethics for you!

I can only conclude that he doesn't care about the quality his business provides. When I reservedly told him dusting and vacuuming were not done well, his response was 'the ladies reported that you stepped on mopped floor'.... What does that have to do with their poor performance? And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. It's upsetting to end with such disappointment. If anyone close to me asks, I don't recommend this company. Their fee is not worth their performance nor customer service by the owner.

It was prefect timing for me too since I don't know when the baby will actually come. They've been reminding me through text a couple days before the appointment and even on the appointment day, they texted me that they were on the way. They're very good at communication. I forgot to ask their names, but the workers came in and were very friendly, asking questions like - do I prefer they take their shoes off while working? is there a certain area they should pay attention to? is there anything specific they need to know before they begin? And they were also very friendly about letting my little dachshund run around. For about two hours of cleaning, I can say I am very impressed with their work. My bathtub and toilet were getting a little dirty which was embarrassing but they cleaned it all up and everything looks brand new, white and pearly! They organized my shampoos and conditioners, even wiped down my make up drawers. OH - and they even cleaned out my rice cooker which was seriously the cherry on top! In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied, I am so happy to be sitting in a clean house, and most importantly, it's become a clean environment for when I bring my baby boy home!

While we appreciated the cleaner coming back to address some concerns, we continued to notice many missed areas throughout the home. The main kitchen floor still had visible spots and sections that appeared untouched. The recycling in the pull-out bin near the sink was never taken out. Several light fixtures and areas throughout the home were missed, and even small details, such as shoes being moved onto the bench and not returned to where they originally belonged, showed a lack of attention to detail. More concerning was the fact that our half bathroom was completely missed and untouched during the initial cleaning. We expected the team to communicate with us if something had been overlooked rather than leaving without addressing it. A professional deep cleaning company should have a clear checklist, strong communication, and quality control measures in place. We also paid an additional fee specifically for baseboards to be cleaned, and many of them were still untouched. At this point, we are continuously finding more things that were missed despite these services being listed as included in the deep cleaning package. This was our first deep cleaning service, so we had high expectations. Instead of being able to focus on our children and simply maintain the home afterward, I still had to go back and clean myself. My fiancé even expressed that he felt we should have just handled it ourselves. My mother also had to come over to help clean afterward, and we are still discovering things that were overlooked. At this point, we have decided to hire another company to come deep clean the home properly because this did not feel like a true deep cleaning. It felt more like a surface or spot clean despite the services that were advertised as included. The only reason we are giving a 2 out of 5-star rating is because the company did send someone back to touch up some areas and attempted to make things right, but we still continued finding missed baseboards and other overlooked items afterward, and at this point, we no longer feel confident in the level of detail, communication, and reliability we expected from a professional deep cleaning service. If a deep clean is what you desire without micromanaging this company will not be a great fit for you. If you choose this company, please be prepared to follow the cleaners from room to room watching them and having somebody to watch each Cleaner as they clean.
