They hit the sweet spot with robust, well-balanced drinks that elevate your whole experience. The vibe here is electric, scoring a solid 9 out of 10. It's the kind of atmosphere that perfectly matches the hustle and bustle of campus life. And let's talk food--it's 9 out of 10 too! They're all about fresh, premium ingredients, but service is a bit of a rollercoaster, hitting just 7 out of 10. Expect a bit of a wait during peak times, but trust me, it's worth it. For the price, it's a 7 out of 10, hinting that the cost might not always match the quality you're paying for. Still, Feng Cha is your ultimate boba pit stop, delivering consistent quality and being super accessible. If you're itching for another round, I'll be back!

We ordered the ube crème brûlée drink, their signature milk tea, and an egg tart. The drinks were okay, although 50% sugar tasted more like 100% sugar at most other places. The egg tart was easily the biggest disappointment. It tasted like a frozen, reheated tart, and after one bite we realized the filling was still cold in the center. The crust wasn't crispy at all either, so paying $2.50 for it felt like a waste. Service was also disappointing. We were the only customers in the store and waited around 20 minutes, assuming they were still preparing our order, only to realize it had already been sitting ready for about 10 minutes and no one had notified us. Overall, definitely not the experience my wife remembered from years ago.

You guys just don't care about loyalty or offering that tiny penny of connection to your customers? Doesn't quite help the big upcharge to swap out non-dairy milk - please stop that, why does Vienna offer soy milk at no extra cost while serving a double shot for the same price as your single? Your menu is already overpriced, hounding dairy sensitives with extra cost on top of the overpriced basic espresso is mean. That leads right into the main problem: going for a larger size only gets you more milk, not more syrup or coffee! This is classic price gouging and corporate greed at its finest. What a scam! I have been to dozens of coffee spots over the past years all over, look at my reviews, discovered many amazing places from here to San Francisco, Atlanta, Denver, Knoxville, and more! But not one of them has the trashy mindset, disregarding humble morels, and ignoring ethics of sizing, prices, while ripping us off. There is no apology or fix. I mentioned these issues years ago on the main Greyhouse shop right down the road to receive just some manager's reply "your comments have been heard." Yet that's not what I wrote for was it, I am not just spouting off drama to be heard or offer my tart opinion to whoever. Ever since my buddy and I were ripped off by Hertz in San Diego nearly six years ago, I began my Google Local Guide and Yelp escapades in order to provide free insight, enjoyment, humor, commentary and most importantly address professional courtesies that businesses can best themselves by. I've noticed of all places Greyhouse proves itself complete opposite ethical and basic consumer centric sentiments. There is no other place I've been to in over 3,000 restaurants, stores, and even gas stations that gets my blood boiling like the price gouging and disregard for espresso standards. Not to mention there isn't that much for quality here, The Eleventh House has been and still is the official standard in the area for bean counters, according to all my coffee snobs. Sacred Grounds, Fuel, Star City, Indie Coffee Roasters, and even Vienna are superior across the board for consistency, rewards, pricing, variety, and even just accessible parking and space. I anticipate I'll get another curious response from management for this but really want to see no reply until I can come here and enjoy Greyhouse like any other typical java joint I've been to and want to try again and again.

It was quite early so not many people were inside, which was nice as it made it wasy to find seating. I ordered the London Fog Latte Iced (it was so hot this morning) in regular size. The staff were friendly and my drink was made instantly! Such fast service :) I found a table to sit and study at. My latte was SO DELICIOUS!! I love how I could really taste the tea flavor, unlike other places that drown out the tea with lots of milk. The London Fog was silky and rich with the early grey tea flavor. Totally will come back again to try the other drinks.

I said no. She tried to explain what a latte is to which I told her I know what a latte is. She pointed to the large coffee containers and said they have house blend and decaf right there. I said no, I want iced coffee. Again she looked very confused. She said she could give me a cup of ice and I just get whatever I wanted from those HOT coffee carafes. I just said nevermind and thanks and left. Waste of time and made it so I didn't have enough time to go elsewhere to get my coffee. Yes, what she suggested is technically iced coffee, however their regular brewed coffee is hot and would immediately melt any ice and water down my coffee. Also, regular brewed coffee is not strong enough to make a good iced coffee. Other coffee shops use a concentrate. Pretty poor experience at Jack's, which is a shame because they're basically the only donut shop in town and they have some decent donuts. More than likely won't be back.
