This family owned pancake house offers home cooked food, bottomless coffee, great people and servers that are friendly and engaging. Our server Rosann was absolutely amazing. She was sweet, funny and made us feel very welcome. My husband enjoyed his one egg breakfast, and said the bacon was cooked exactly the way he likes. I decided to take on Cahill's infamous cinnamon roll and ATE THE WHOLE THING! While there was just a tad too much frosting on it for me, that didn't stop me from diving in enjoying every single bite! Even if you take one to go, you need to experience this decadent mountain of sinfully delicious sweetness! While our stay in Danville was brief, I can say that Cahill's is it's gem!

Ask questions or have special dietary needs; they are eager to seek answers or possible solutions. I love the food. I have been several times and I keep meaning to take pictures of the meals I order, but always get to talking and forget... sigh. I've tried the chicken noodles, very good. A heaping portion served hot and full of wonderful chicken and sauce. I had to take half home... :) I enjoy the wraps, they have choice between regular, wheat, spinach, tomato. The chicken salad is wonderful. I usually get it with lettuce and tomato. Comes with chips. If I'm looking for a pick me up drink, I feel as if Mad Goat will have something for any mood and climate. I don't drink coffee, but they have plenty of non-coffee options here. Their London Fog is solid, Chai Latte is a winner and they do a pretty good job with their matcha drinks. Those are for cooler days. If I need something to cool me down or simply hydrate me, their sparkling lemonades always hit the spot and their smoothies can be really refreshing. I imagine their coffee is good too. Mad Goat offers more than just delicious drinks. They are partners with Royal Donut, so you can grab one of those, or other baked goods. One thing that is super underrated are the various options for those with dietary restrictions. I typically get oat milk in my drinks, and they have vegan baked goods as well. I find it super inclusive! What sets this location apart is the general space and ambiance. There is just so much space in the facility that can cover many purposes. There are plenty of long tables to sit with people and chat, couches for relaxation, a meeting room for privacy and outdoor seating to get some extra sun with your drink. This location does such a great job at making you feel comfortable, and is my go-to spot if I am in town and need a place to chill.
