Alongside with the remodel that ruined the cool couch nook, less space here, free parking is nice, location right down from the airport is neat, but sadly there are much better options that haven't pumped up prices and leaked out extra for it. I highly recommend Sacred Grounds, Eleventh House, and Wanderlust where quality, value, and consistently are prime.

That's also where the restrooms are located. Side note: Even if you don't need to use the restroom, you should visit the restroom. It is a sight to behold. When I asked an employee for napkins, she told me they were by the drink station. I explained that the dispensers were empty. She was in the process of making coffee for another customer and seemed flustered and annoyed, even making a face in response. I completely understand that she was busy, but since she engaged in the conversation, a simple, "I'll be right with you," or "One moment, please," would have been perfectly fine. I've been coming here for about eight years and have generally received good to excellent service, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my son to Eleventh Street Coffee Shop from now on.
