When I told the waitress about the bad french fries she responded "i'll let them know" and returned with a to go box and my check. No attempt to make me happier whatsoever. When I went to pay the check, the "manager" on duty was there. I told her that my food was nasty and she immediately turned around and swiped my card and processed it before continuing the conversation. She also made no attempt to do ANYTHING at all except she said "did you ask for more fried" to which I said I told her they were terrible and she did nothing but bring my check. Terrible customer service.... I called them and I asked for manager and it was same girl at front checkout. I then asked for her boss and she said he had left even though I saw him right before I left. He had walked around and asked how our food was, but it has just been put on table and not even tasted yet so I said nothing. I asked her to have him call me as soon as possible and left my name and number. I haven't received any call. ( have now received a call back and he seemed to want to know what happened. He said dinner is on them next time to which I responded I won't be back but if I do I'll let you know I'm there.) I wanted to put this post up to warn others. This place seems to be a bit scary.
