Unfortunately, my recent experiences with some of the employees have made that harder. When I ask for light ice, my drink still ends up filled to the top with ice. At the window, I'm not even given a chance to enter my rewards number--they either don't ask or just close the window too quickly. It comes off as dismissive and a bit rude, and that kind of service takes away from the experience. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration because I really do want to keep supporting HTeaO.

I've also seen it first hand, and it's very upsetting because their drinks are wonderful and the owner is amazing. However, it's not worth feeling the negative impact you feel when walking in. Multiple people have also warned others against applying their even if they're desperately hiring. The manager won't hire people due to her own personal reasons that aren't work related. It discriminates against the candidate and denies them equal opportunity based on factors unrelated to their job performance. Very disappointed.

They totally ignored us as we sat there for 10 minutes before we got frustrated and drove off. I'm not sure what was being passed through the window, but I would assume it was illegal. Today , order a 1/4 please, with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mustard. No ketchup, no mayo. Ticket was right. Got a burger with onions and pickles. I am so tired of this place. Others make mistakes, but it is usually wrong on the ticket too. I had hamburger meat , pickle and onion at home. No tomatoes or lettuce so I decided to buy a burger out. They make a killing and don't care what happens on the orders. Most people are like me and get 10 miles down the road before they realize the order is wrong. If I check it there I don't always have time to drive back through to correct it. I eat out when I don't have time to eat at home. Probably the worst place about messing up orders. And definitely the wort about leaving part of the order off.
