At the window, I'm not even given a chance to enter my rewards number--they either don't ask or just close the window too quickly. It comes off as dismissive and a bit rude, and that kind of service takes away from the experience. I've also seen it first hand, and it's very upsetting because their drinks are wonderful and the owner is amazing. However, it's not worth feeling the negative impact you feel when walking in. Multiple people have also warned others against applying their even if they're desperately hiring. The manager won't hire people due to her own personal reasons that aren't work related. It discriminates against the candidate and denies them equal opportunity based on factors unrelated to their job performance. Very disappointed.
